As was stated in the Fifth Plenum of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,unprecedented changes rarely seen in the past century will take place in the world in the post epidemic era,followed by a significant increase in instability and uncertainty.It is likely that China will be faced with such reform and development tasks as safeguarding national security,sovereignty and development interests in the near future.The only way in which each nationality can realize common unity and struggle as well as common prosperity and development and China can realize the two centenary goals is to enhance the cohesiveness of the Chinese nation and to consolidate the awareness of the community of shared future of the Chinese nation.One of the most important tasks of patriotism in the new era is to consolidate the awareness of the community of shared future of the Chinese nation.Only by virtue of the unceasing enrichment and perfection of the content of patriotism education and the promotion of the development of patriotism education,can we better consolidate the awareness of the community of shared future of the Chinese nation.Patriotism education refers to such emotions and behaviors evolving from the love for themselves,the love for their hometown,and the love for whatever around them,to the love for the people of their hometown,the love for the Chinese nation,as well as the love for Chinese culture.For junior high school students,who are in the initial stage of forming their own thoughts and opinions,the patriotism education in various forms with local educational resources is conducive for them to enhancing their awareness of patriotism education,and generating patriotic feelings and outstanding patriotic behaviors.This paper adopts the literature and survey methods to conduct analysis on the current situation of carrying out patriotic education of Longjing xx junior high school by using local educational resources.Based on surveys and interviews with teachers,students and leaders in school,it is found the current situation of using local educational resources to carry out patriotism education in junior high school and the status quo of influencing factors.It is also found that there are application issues of the school in neglecting local educational resources in terms of class teaching penetration,school cultural construction,secondary class activities and off-campus practical activities;local educational resources fail to exert their due patriotic education function in school;the teacher has low quality,weak consciousness and insufficient ability in adopting local educational resources to carry out patriotism education.This paper analyzes the causes,so as to propose targeted countermeasures.After analysis of the research result,it shows that school education fails to make full use of local education resources to conduct patriotism education,and the effect of using local education resources to cultivate students is far from expectation.Then the article analyzes some specific reasons about why teachers' cognition and ability are insufficient in using local education resources to conduct patriotism education.Propose targeted countermeasures:Organize and carry out various commemorative education activities to fully exert the nurturing function of festivals;Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and talent team,formulate the evaluation and supervision mechanism of teachers;Enrich the“resource bank” of local patriotism education and consolidate the resource base of local patriotism education.;Apply propaganda carriers of new media to strengthen patriotic education and propaganda.;Attach importance to home-school cooperation and create patriotic education environment.
