In 2011,the Committee of experts on basic Education Curriculum textbooks of the Ministry of Education established a new orientation for the art education curriculum in the present stage of compulsory education.The Art Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education was printed and published,and the art curriculum was planned from three major thinking points of view,emphasizing that,on the premise of following the Curriculum Standards,and in the light of the specific local conditions,it would encourage the preparation of diversified and rich teaching materials.Under such a background,art educators in various localities fully responded to the call and actively invested in the research and development of fine arts courses.The Committee of experts on Art Education in Guangxi region considered the resources and cultures of different regions in Guangxi.Characteristics,and the current situation of Guangxi's special art education,the art textbook "Fine Arts" of Gui Mei Edition was compiled.Compared with the "Fine Arts" edition of the people's Education Edition,"Fine Arts" in Gui Mei Edition is more conducive to the macroscopic art teaching in Guangxi,but,Guangxi is a minority autonomous region with many different national cultures,such as Zhuang,Yao,Dong,Miao,Hui,and so on.The local cultures have great differences.In order to better adapt to the fine arts education of different cultures in various regions of Guangxi,It is urgent to develop the native resources of different regions and nationalities of Guangxi in primary school art.The reform of art education in ethnic primary schools and other aspects of the process is also urgent.The native resources of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region have natural richness and diversity,especially the rich local resources culture in the areas with a large number of ethnic minorities,so we should further discover these local resources and apply them to the art classroom teaching.To promote the continuous development of art education in Guangxi's rural areas,to truly meet the goal of quality education and to enable students to learn more knowledge,it is necessary for us to develop local art curriculum resources.And it is applied to the art classroom teaching and the research and development of the art school-based teaching material,so that the role of the local resources can be further enlarged,and the fine arts education in Guangxi region will play a more important role.Under the new concept of education,this practice is more in line with the current direction of the development of art education in China,and provides a sound basis for the development of art education in Guangxi.The Sanjiang County of Liuzhou City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region,is a minority autonomous county dominated by the Dong ethnic minority.As early as the 1990 s,teachers represented by Yang Dan,a special art teacher,combined with the special peasant paintings of Sanjiang County.Dong ethnic customs and human natural resources in the development of school-based curriculum out of a unique road.The author has visited Sanjiang County and Dong Autonomous County for many times,consulted local art teachers,visited excellent school-based course teachers and found out the understanding and discovery,and summed up the application methods and ideas of Guangxi native resources development in primary school art teaching.First of all,through the outline of standards,the use of art education theory and local local Combining the actual situation of resources and synthetically considering the different conditions of the students in each stage of low learning,through the sampling investigation of the primary school classes in the rural areas of Guangxi,we can find out the situation in which the local art resources are used.Analyze the existing problems and advantages,and excavate all available resources to the maximum extent,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the use of local resources in primary schools in Guangxi.Excavate the most distinctive resources in the minority areas of Guangxi,including natural local resources and cultural and customs local resources,such as the wind and rain bridge in Sanjiang County,the Drum Tower,the artillery festival in Binyang County,the terrace in Longsheng County,and so on.The local resources in different areas have their own local art value,and play a unique role in the development of school-based teaching materials with local characteristics in art classroom teaching.Make good use of its characteristic school-based teaching materials,plan,have the initiative to apply to the primary school art teaching.It can further deepen its educational system and basic structure,especially for the development and utilization of the rich local resources in Guangxi,and can better serve the art education in the local areas.
