Patriotism has always been a banner for mobilizing and inspiring the Chinese people to unite and struggle.It is a tremendous force for advancing the history of our society and a common spiritual pillar for all peoples of the country.Entering a new era,patriotic education is a necessary way to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The high school ideological and political course is the main front for patriotism education.It is also an important classroom for cultivating students to establish a correct outlook on life and values.It highlights the content of patriotic education in high school ideological and political course and guides students to develop a rational patriotism and establish Marxist outlook on life and values are important goals in the teaching of high school ideological and political course.With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,local resources have received much attention from the education community.However,the use of local resources for patriotism education in high school ideological and political course is a novel topic,but it is also the need to implement the curriculum reform of basic education.The rich local resources of Hechuan District of Chongqing Municipality are very important carriers for the patriotic education of high school ideological and political classes.However,although the current situation of the use of local resources in Hechuan District in the patriotic education of high school ideological and political education has certain positive results,there are still many problems,such as: teachers lack systematic learning and understanding of relevant theories and local local resources;teachers do not adequately use the resources of Hechuan;the school-based textbooks are not suitable for ideological and political subjects and patriotic education.The reason is mainly because the teachers' self-development and utilization of local resources have a weak sense of subject,the school's lack of support for the development and utilization of local resources for patriotic education,the lack of support from the education sector,and the “test-oriented education” have reduced the society's attention to local resources.In order to solve these problems,we help Hechuan District to use local resources to carry out patriotic education with local characteristics and provide certain reflections on improving local patriotism education.In the high school ideological and political education,we should follow three principles: we should follow the characteristic principle and choose to have local characteristics of resources;follow the principle of conformity,choose local resources that are compatible with the content of patriotic education in high school ideological and political education;follow the ideological principle and choose local resources that are positive,positive,and in line with the socialist core values.In the specific countermeasures,it can be considered from the perspectives of teachers,middle schools,education departments and universities:teachers strengthen professional learning and improve their awareness and ability to use local resources;schools should support teachers to open a second classroom and let students practice activities.The school can also sublimate the love of hometown and love the country;schools can also use local resources to prepare school-based textbooks suitable for patriotic education;the education department to increase support and supervision;also through local government and education departments + local high schools and colleges +Middle school and college teachers have united with each other to build a local resource pool for patriotic education with new media,and to realize the joint construction and sharing of local resources in various ways(such as WeChat public account).
