| Population is an important factor in promoting regional economic growth.The population size,quality level,and age structure are related to the direction of a region's industrial structure adjustment.How to rationally arrange the industrial structure and promote the occupational transformation of workers will seriously affect the smooth progress of my country's industrial structure upgrade.The coordination of population structure and industrial structure adjustment is a prerequisite for healthy economic development.It is necessary to deeply understand the impact of population aging on the upgrading of industrial structure,and formulate reasonable industrial policies in light of my country's current national conditions.On the basis of summarizing the existing research.This article first explores the impact path of aging on the upgrading of industrial structure,and mainly analyzes the transmission mechanism of the overall industrial structure and the internal industrial structure.Next,according to historical data,it analyzes the historical evolution state and current status quo of my country's aging and industrial structure changes,and conducts research from two aspects of time and space.The industrial structure also has the same characteristics.Then,the spatial correlation test verified the spatial correlation between aging and industrial structure upgrading.On this basis,the spatial Dubin model is established,and the panel data of 30 province-level regions in my country from 2000 to 2019 are used to study the direct effects of aging on industrial upgrading and the differences in spatial effects among various regions.The results show that from the perspective of direct effects,the characteristics of aging in my country limit the beneficial impact of consumption effects on the upgrading of industrial structure,thereby hindering the upgrading of industrial structure;from the perspective of spatial effects,the externalities of aging will bring about the industrial structure.The spatial spillover effect of structural upgrading.In addition,it also explores the spatial spillover effects within each region,and discovers and summarizes the characteristics of the direct and indirect effects of the aging of the population on the upgrading of the industrial structure within the region.Finally,according to the results of the research,policy recommendations are made on the status quo of my country's aging and industrial structure from the aspects of policy. |
