Ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,whether it is to carry out the fundamental task of moral education or to cultivate the core quality of disciplines,we need to structure and hierarchize the macro-teaching objectives in a certain way,and implement them as the middle-view unit teaching objectives,and then refine them into micro-class teaching objectives.In this process,the design of unit teaching objectives has the role of up and down.Because the four aspects of the core quality of the subject can not be implemented to a certain class time as a whole,but only to the unit as the basic teaching unit to carry out,the importance of unit teaching in the core quality of the subject under the concept of cultivation is more and more prominent.The design of the teaching objectives of the ideological and political unit of high school must be carried out under the guidance of the relevant spiritual and curriculum standards of the central government and the state,but the theoretical achievements of the classification of the educational objectives of Bloom can be used in the condensation,expression and application of the specific objectives.Bloom's theory of classification of educational objectives is an important basis of his unit teaching theory,which involves three fields: cognition,emotion and motor skills.The classification method in the field of cognition and emotion is of great significance for strengthening the unit design and carrying out the three-dimensional goal of high school ideological and political discipline,forming the operability scheme of cultivating the core quality of the subject,and solving the problems of dislocation and marginalization of the high school ideological and political teaching goal,the fragmentation of students' key ability and necessary character training.The results show that the design of teaching objectives of high school ideological and politics unit is generally the practical problems such as teachers replacing unit teaching goal with unit teaching content,unit teaching goal design is not consistent with teaching process,lack of hierarchy of unit teaching goal design and general expression of unit teaching goal design.Teachers' lack of knowledge structure and target level of unit teaching objectives,lack of unit teaching goal expression methods,as well as the virtualization of school inspection and evaluation and the weakening of students' subjective consciousness,are the main reasons for these practical problems.Taking into account the above problems and reasons,according to the requirements of core literacy cultivation and related curriculum standards,and according to the requirements of Bloom's educational goal classification theory,the following specific high school ideological and political unit teaching objectives design strategy can be put forward.First,the general concept of the unit is refined and expressed according to Bloom's goal classification theory.High school political teachers can,according to the hierarchical and emotional goal classification characteristics of Bloom's cognitive goal classification,focus on curriculum standards and teaching materials,integrate teaching content,reconstruct teaching units,and refine unit concepts.Secondly,according to Bloom's goal classification theory,the goal of advanced teaching is determined.Teachers should use Bloom's educational goal classification theory to break down and refine the core objectives of the unit,analyze the difficulties of unit teaching and the dimension of unit teaching objectives,and then clarify the advanced goals of unit teaching.Finally,the objectives of unit teaching are accurately expressed by using Bloom's goal classification expression method.By refining the behavior verbs and nouns related to the teaching objectives of the unit in the curriculum standard,the basic requirements of integrity,operability and results can accurately express the teaching objectives of the unit.
