The rapid development of today economy,the widening gap of wealth and the various crises that have arisen in the family,Many teenagers have experienced a lack of parental supervision,parental guardianship or major changes in the original family structure.When faced with personal growth crises and obstacles,the teenagers are hard to get out of the predicament by individual strength alone,they have not been able to obtain the material or spiritual support they need from their families,friends,schools,organizations,etc,directly put teenagers in isolation and helplessness,the situation of street wandering behavior has increased.teenagers are vulnerable to bad environment,the combination of primary risk factors and in wanderings have caused serious harm to the physical and mental,and they have become trapped in a more desperate environment.Without protection measures,the basic needs of wandering youth cannot return to life,The wandering youth is a vulnerable group that most needs the care of the whole society,and it has become a social issue that the public is generally concerned about.The current rescue management station still relies on clothing shelters and food,Generally,the goal of returning teenagers is go home,and it is more likely that wandering teenagers will repeatedly leave.The problem of repeating the rescue,which in fact ignores the development needs of the wandering youth.At the same time,the rescue also faces the dilemma of querying the real information of the wanderer,the distraction of the rescued wandering group,and the shortage of professional talent resources.This paper adopts the theory of stress resistance to enhance the ability of individuals to rationally make positive and constructive choices and strategies in the face of life's adversity.Trying to improve the resilience of street youth by increasing pro-social connection,establishing clear and consistent boundaries,providing care and support,establishing and expressing high expectations,providing opportunities,and promoting participation,and achieving a smooth return of the teenagers to the family.The article adopts the method of field research,collects data in the form of participatory observation.After analyzing,it is found that they have problems such as cognitive bias,introversion,inferiority,social fear,and generally low individual resistance.This research is guided by the theory of dominant perspective,stress resistance and the theory of social systems.Through the case study of social work in the wandering youth,help the client return to the family,reshape hope,promote communication with the father,guide the father to change the way of education,build confidence,promote interpersonal communication,enhances the ability to develop healthily in the face of extraordinary challenges and to respond to life challenges.The final article on the rescue management agencies,intervention ideas and other aspects of the rescue of wandering youth,it is of great significance to create a good social atmosphere and promote the harmonious development of society.
