Research objectives: With the transformation of people’s consumption demand and consumption mode, the participation group of entry-level snow mountain climbing at an altitude of 5000 meters ~ 6000 meters has grown rapidly, and the State General Administration of Sports pointed out that it is necessary to focus on the development of high-altitude mountaineering projects,entry-level snow mountain climbing is an important part of sports tourism, and in sports projects,it belongs to China’s emerging sports; In the category of tourism,it belongs to the tourism project of in-depth experience and peak experience. In the future, under the development trend of people’s increasing pursuit of personalized and diversified tourism forms,entry-level snow mountain climbing groups deserve attention and in-depth research.Research Methods: Based on push-pull theory and Maslow’s demand theory, this paper designs a push and pull motivation questionnaire for mountaineering enthusiasts to participate in snow mountain climbing with reference to the mature motivation scale of predecessors, combined with expert interviews and field investigations.Pre-surveys and formal questionnaires were distributed and collected to 130 and 630 entry-level snow climbing enthusiasts respectively.SPSS22 and AMOS26 software were used to perform descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, differential analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation path analysis of the collected data.At the same time,in order to understand the inner thoughts of entry-level snow mountain climbing enthusiasts in more detail and truth, this study climbed three entry-level snow mountain as participants, conducted four field interviews, and collected 46 valid interview results through four stages of field investigation, which provided sufficient research texts for this study. Results: A total of 630 questionnaires were applied to this study.(1)In terms of sample characteristics,75.1% of the climbers were male,67.5% were 25~44 years old,85% were from Chengdu,Sichuan, and 89.7% were enthusiasts who climbed 1~3 snow mountains, and the monthly income was mainly at the middle and high level, and the organization mode was mainly free to form teams and participate in commercial mountaineering teams.(2)Thrust motivation extracts a total of 14 subdivision indicators in 4 common factors, including curiosity and curiosity, family and social interaction, health and self-realization,stress relief and relaxation.Pull motivation extracts 13 subdivision indicators in 2 common factors, including mountain peaks and natural resources, infrastructure and services. There are 1 factor and 6 subdivision indicators of behavioral willingness.(3)Among the thrust motivations, the proportion of mountaineers who participated in snow mountain climbing because they "strongly agreed" with health and self-realization,curiosity and curiosity, family and social interaction, stress relief and relaxation were 55.3%,38.4%,36.9% and 30.5%,respectively.Among the rally motivations, the proportion of climbers who "strongly agree" with the mountain and natural resources, infrastructure and services: 56.7% and 36.6%,respectively.Among the behavioral willingness, the proportion of climbers who were willing to produce positive post-swim behavior willingness after the snowy mountain climb was: 45.78%.(4)Among the thrust motivation,"curiosity and curiosity" had no significant effect on behavioral willingness(β=0.068,and C.R.<1.96);"family and social interaction" had no significant effect on behavioral willingness(β=-0.185,and C.R.<1.96);"Health and self-actualization" had a significant positive effect on behavioral willingness(β=0.345,and C.R.>1.96,P<0.001)."Stress relief and relaxation and rest" had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention(β=0.140,and C.R.>1.96,P<0.05).Among the pull motivations,"mountains and natural resources" had a significant positive effect on behavioral willingness(β=0.164,and C.R.>1.96,P<0.05);"infrastructure and services" had a significant positive effect on behavioral willingness(β=0.309,and C.R.>1.96,P<0.001).Research conclusions:(1)In the scope of sports tourism,entry-level snow mountain climbing enthusiasts are a group of curious, like to experience all kinds of new things, full of adventure spirit and courage to challenge themselves, with good physical strength, endurance, carrying power and other physical fitness capabilities, with certain economic ability, with a certain ability to adapt to the high-altitude snow mountain environment.(2)The motivation of mountaineers includes four dimensions, and the motivation intensity from high to low is: health and self-realization> curiosity and curiosity>family and social interaction> stress relief and relaxation.Pull motivation includes two dimensions, from high to low: mountain peaks and natural resources> infrastructure and services. The willingness to act is generally at the upper middle level, among which mountaineers are most willing to revisit Siguniang Mountain.(3)Among the thrust motivation, the motivation of mountaineering enthusiasts to health and self-realization,stress relief and relaxation and rest have a direct positive impact on behavior willingness. In the pull motivation, the motivation of mountain peaks and natural resources, infrastructure and services has a direct positive effect on behavioral willingness. The research suggests:(1)The sports tourism industry should focus on and develop entry-level snow mountain climbing.(2)Fully explore the entry-level snow mountain climbing group to meet the internal motivation needs of entry-level snow mountain climbing enthusiasts.(3)Improve the construction of base camp infrastructure and medical supporting facilities to provide external security for entry-level snow mountain climbing enthusiasts.
