Children's science fiction novels are children-oriented science fiction novels for adults,based on the characteristics of children's physical and mental development,select themes suitable for children's reading,and create science fiction exclusively for children from the perspective of children."Science" and "fantasy" are the key features of novels,which are helpful for cultivating pupils' imagination,stimulating students' interest in science,and enhancing students' scientific consciousness.The extended reading teaching of children's science fiction refers to the teaching of children's science fiction in the textbooks in the classroom,determining the teaching focus and core,and expanding the rich reading resources of children's science fiction around these cores.However,there are many difficulties in the reading teaching of children's science fiction.First of all,the number of selected essays of children's science fiction novels in the Chinese textbooks for elementary school editions is small,which cannot meet the reading needs of students;secondly,teachers rarely think about texts from children's perspective in reading teaching,ignoring the students' dominant position;finally,the teaching is not enough.Pay attention to the study of scientific knowledge and the cultivation of imagination.Therefore,the author believes that it is necessary to expand reading teaching for children's science fiction to break through the reading teaching dilemma.Efficient extended reading teaching can not only drive students' extracurricular reading,broaden their reading horizons,but also improve students' Chinese and scientific literacy.Therefore,studying the extended reading teaching of children's science fiction in elementary school has multiple values.Unfortunately,the current academic research on children's science fiction mainly focuses on the characteristics and ideological content of the text,and less attention is paid to the practice of reading teaching at the elementary level.Combining the current research status,this article believes that the extended reading teaching of children's science fiction will help to make up for the shortcomings of existing children's science fiction reading teaching.It will enrich students' scientific knowledge and cultivate modern citizens with scientific consciousness and humanistic spirit.Significance.This article is mainly divided into four chapters:The first chapter mainly elaborates the importance of scientific enlightenment and the reading teaching of elementary school children's science fiction novels.First,introduce the scientific enlightenment and scientific thoughts since the late Qing Dynasty;secondly,combine the "science and education to rejuvenate the country" strategy to discuss the importance of science education for elementary school students;finally,analyze the cultivation of scientific awareness in elementary school Chinese education and the teaching of children's science fiction reading necessity.The second chapter analyzes the reading teaching dilemma and extended reading teaching of children's science fiction.First,conduct a questionnaire survey on the current situation of children's science fiction reading teaching;secondly,analyze the current teaching dilemmas based on the survey results;finally,combine the teaching dilemmas to think deeply about the reasons,and provide a basis for proposing specific expansive reading teaching strategies.The third chapter combines the edition of elementary school Chinese textbooks,and proposes strategies for improving reading teaching.First of all,it is necessary to focus on children's science fiction in the edited textbooks for extended reading teaching;second,to expand reading by students' self-reading;finally,by enriching the format of extended reading classes,stimulate students to read children's science fiction interest.The fourth chapter combines the children's science fiction in the textbook compiled by the department,and puts forward specific teaching practice cases.First,conduct thematic extended reading teaching for selected essays,taking "How Interesting They Was Back then" as an example;secondly,conduct extended reading teaching for the entire book of children's science fiction that students read after class,taking "Twenty Thousand Miles Under the Sea" as an example.example.In summary,this article takes the extended reading teaching of children's science fiction as the research object,grasps the scientific value of children's science fiction,and combines the historical context of scientific development in our country to analyze the importance of science education in elementary school.In the Chinese subject,it is necessary to cultivate students' scientific awareness and expand reading teaching of children's science fiction;the article analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of reading teaching of children's science fiction through investigation and analysis,and proposes its expanded reading teaching in combination with the edition of the elementary school Chinese textbook.In order to construct a new type of children's science fiction extended reading teaching.
