As a common reading method,fast reading refers to the quick and efficient access to effective information from reading materials in a short time,and to pursue high speed on the basis of maintaining a certain reading comprehension rate.Specifically,the reading speed should be improved as much as possible based on 70%of the memory comprehension rate and 500 words/minute.This method can make readers get more information in a short time,and it is widely used in learning,life and other aspects.For students,mastering the fast reading method can improve the reading speed and increase the reading volume,which is conducive to the cultivation of the core Chinese literacy.In addition,the improvement of students' ability of fast reading is also conducive to accelerating the process of classroom teaching,achieving teaching objectives and achieving better teaching results.In order to study how to better apply the research results of fast reading to Chinese teaching,this study uses literature research method to sort out the current research status of fast reading,and through questionnaire survey,the current teaching status of fast reading in senior high school is understood.Based on the above research results,combined with the knowledge of physiology and psychology,this study proposes "three-stage teaching method of fast reading" from three aspects:eye movement,eye stop and brain processing.The primary stage is reading speed training based on eye movement theory,and the intermediate stage is multi-level scanning training based on eye stop theory,and the advanced stage is based on the set-up The fixed procedure teaching of theory is also the innovation of this paper.In order to better implement the "three-stage teaching method of fast reading" into the first-line teaching,this study puts forward the guiding principles and teaching strategies of fast reading teaching,and helps the first-line teachers understand the implementation process better by means of case analysis,in order to provide the teaching practice ideas for the majority of teachers.This paper mainly from the following aspects:The introduction introduces the origin and significance of this study,clarifies the research objectives and the research methods used,and combs the current situation of the research on the teaching of fast reading.In the first chapter,the author first explains the meaning of "fast reading" and"teaching method of fast reading",and analyzes the differences between "fast reading"and "intensive reading","skimming" and "extensive reading".Then,the factors that affect fast reading are analyzed from the internal and external aspects.Finally,the paper explains the relationship between the fast reading method and the Chinese teaching and the scope of the application of the fast reading method in Chinese teaching.In the second chapter,in order to understand the current situation of reading teaching in front line more accurately and comprehensively,the paper designs the questionnaire of students and teachers for fast reading in senior high school Chinese,and obtains the scientific results.After the analysis of the results,it is found that the current situation of high school Chinese fast reading teaching is not optimistic,mainly because the examination oriented education neglects reading speed,teachers lack of systematic teaching training and the difficulty of implementing the teaching concept.In chapter three,this chapter first analyzes the theoretical basis of fast reading teaching from physiology,psychology,linguistics and the development characteristics of senior high school students,and studies the principle of fast reading teaching,namely,eye brain direct reflection and extended visual distance.Because the physiological process of fast reading is eye movement,eye stop and brain processing,this study proposes "three-stage teaching method of fast reading".The first stage is the primary stage,which can reduce the eye movement time by correcting the bad reading habits and using the attention classification teaching.The second stage is the intermediate stage,which expands the range of words and words that are watched every time the eyes stop through the scanning training of words,sentences and texts.The third stage is the advanced stage,which uses the theory of set to carry out the fixed program teaching to speed up the information processing of the brain.In order to present the implementation process of this stage more clearly and concretely,this study takes the teaching of fast reading of novels,prose and whole book reading as an example,and analyzes the practical operation process of fixed procedure teaching.In chapter four,in order to apply the "three-stage teaching method of fast reading" to Chinese teaching more effectively,this paper puts forward the guiding principles of fast reading teaching,namely,the principle of integration,the principle of dynamic and the principle of combination.In addition,the paper also puts forward the specific implementation strategies of "three-stage teaching method of fast reading",which includes five aspects:time speed reading,circle drawing keywords,reading with tasks,learning tools by coincidence and carrying out rich activities.
