It needs socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and with hard work in the present era,and calls for the joint efforts of the people of all ethnic groups in the country.Moral education is the fundamental task of education.In order to highlight the leading role of moral education in "five domains of education",it is necessary to study the moral education in ethnic minority areas.School is the main position of students' moral education.In order to respond to the call of "whole staff education" and "whole process education",more attention should be paid to the teachers' ability of discipling moral education in minority areas.Therefore,the research questions mainly include the following four points:(1)What is the discipling moral education ability of high school chemistry teachers?(2)What is the index system of high school chemistry teachers' discipling moral education ability?(3)What is the status quo of discipling moral education ability of high school chemistry teachers in minority areas of Yunnan Province?(4)What are the influencing factors of the discipling moral education ability of Yunnan high school chemistry teachers?What are the most important factors?What measures can be taken to improve the discipling moral education ability of high school chemistry teachers?It is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.The second part is literature review and theoretical basis.The third part is the high school chemistry teachers' discipling moral education ability framework design,build and research tool based on the literature form framework,policy documents,take two rounds of expert consultation to determine the framework,and then based on the system design of the current situation of teachers' discipling moral education ability and its influencing factors of the interview outline,ethnic minority areas in Yunnan province high school chemistry teacher implement interview.The fourth part is the analysis of the current situation of the discipling moral education ability of high school chemistry teachers.The fifth part is the influence factors of high school chemistry teachers' discipline moral education ability,in-depth analysis of the current ethnic areas education problems.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.Based on the conclusion,it puts forward some suggestions to improve teachers' ability of discipline moral education,and reflects on the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.Therefore,the research conclusion is as follows:(1)High school chemistry teachers in ethnic minority areas of Yunnan Province have good educational emotional appeal,can understand educational news and pay attention to national affairs;Can combine subject knowledge and students' daily life to teach and educate students;Can become a good teacher and helpful friend of students,for special students,will give the corresponding care and encouragement.However,some teachers have a narrow understanding of lifelong learning and become tired of the existing profession.(2)High school chemistry teachers in minority areas of Yunnan Province do not have a comprehensive understanding of the subject value,and the implementation of the subject value is not in place,and the leading force of the subject value needs to be improved.Teachers have a more comprehensive understanding of scientific thinking and methods,scientific spirit and attitude.For the national science and technology development,some teachers can be implemented according to local conditions.Teachers'understanding of science cognition and understanding,science ethics and social responsibility is only fragments of words,incomplete.(3)Compared with the former two,there is much room for improvement in the teaching process guidance of high school chemistry teachers in minority areas of Yunnan Province.Teachers strongly agree that they should have moral education consciousness.For the objective of moral education,some teachers do not have a comprehensive understanding of the subject moral education,can only unconsciously carry out the subject moral education,fail to fully seize the opportunity of moral education,fail to teach students in accordance with their aptitude to prepare for the subject moral education,and the evaluation of relevant subject moral education is also relatively deficient.It founds that the role of female teachers in rural areas in ethnic minority areas is conflicted,schools attach more importance to intellectual education than moral education,and schools lack of resources.In order to improve teachers' discipline education ability,we can guarantee the implementation of "five domains of education" simultaneously from three aspects:policy,school and teachers themselves,so as to promote the development of teachers' discipline education ability.Pay attention to the gap between urban and rural education and allocate quality education resources to rural schools.Strengthen gender equality education to provide conditions for the career development of female teachers.
