The level of teachers' professional quality determines the level of teaching and the cultivation of talent quality.Based on the background of "Core Literacy Development for Students","National Music Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education" and "Professional Standards for Elementary School Teachers",this study conducted an empirical investigation on the current situation of music teachers' professional literacy in Q Primary School Through a methods of a qualitative case study keenly.36 music lessons were observed,24 interviews were made with teachers,100 questionnaires were conducted between teachers and students,and 98 were recovered.Through statistics and analysis,the influencing factors of the existing problems are analyzed an garden improvement strategies are proposed.The research conclusions are as follows: 1.Q primary school music teachers have good professional basic knowledge of music,with low comprehensive knowledge of cultural literacy.2.They have a high understanding of professional ethics,ignoring the positioning of professional roles.3.They pay more attention to the training of single skills,than the cultivation of reflective ability.And related proposals are put forward from the point of view of school,teachers and the related department.The researchers hope that this study can improve the professional accomplishment of primary school music teachers from the theoretical and practical levels and have a certain practical value.
