The Present Situation And Improvement Strategies Of Home-school Cooperation Of Primary Schools In Urban-Rural Fringe Area

Education is the first priority.The basic,constancy and immediacy characteristics of family education determine that parents are extremely important educational resources.In order to realize the comprehensive development of children,it is necessary to combine family education and school education organically,so that they are coordinated and play a powerful force of co-breeding.However,most of the parents of the students in the primary schools in the rural-urban fringe are local villagers and migrant workers,etc.,with low education level and limited economic level.Family education problems are prominent and the effect of home-school cooperation is poor.How to strengthen the relationship between home and school and do a good job in co-education is particularly important.Taking X Primary School in Zhengzhou as an example,the author analyzes the main problems existing in the home-school cooperation of primary schools in the rural-urban fringe through the investigation of the current situation,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:the awareness of home-school cooperation is relatively weak,the cooperation skills of both teachers and parents are insufficient,the cooperation mode is more traditional and mere formality,the cooperation content is limited to learning,and the home-school cooperation lacks financial support and mechanism guarantee.The author analyzes the causes of these problems,and in view of the problems puts forward improvement strategies from the aspects of improving ideological understanding,enhancing cooperation ability,enriching cooperation content,innovating cooperation methods,perfecting laws,regulations and evaluation system,and increasing capital investment.
