High school ideological and political education is a great and arduous work. It needs to invest a lot of energy and attention, needs good structure of subject knowledge, also needs skilled teaching skills. As for the young teachers, they often get into such a situation is that they are well known with subject knowledge but they are lack of imparting academic knowledge skills. A fundamental mistake that they often make is that they often design the teaching from their own point of view, but not from the heart of the students. They are lack of knowledge teaching skills and their level often stays in the textbook on narrative. What’s worse, how to organize teaching often becomes their barriers. Therefore, what the young teachers must understand is that before working in schools they must prepare well. They have to come up with the courage to learn something about obtaining the necessary work of teachers’ education and their teaching skills,which is useful for better promoting teachers professional development. Only on a modest attitude for better ways of learning, could they learn well, get many valuable things and grow up fast. Based on this, this study applies the method of empirical research questionnaire survey and practical study to know the professional quality of middle school ideological and political teachers and its development in reality.The introduction part includes coming up with the problems, aim and value of the study, the research summary home and abroad and thinking methods of the study.Starting from discussing the basic notion and relative theoretical basis of high school ideological and political class, the profession qualities of young teachers elaborates the professional quality and it also develops the contents of young teachers in detail.Through the combination of questionnaire dates and the basic conclusion, which proves and makes a brief analysis on the main problems about the existence of high school ideological and political of young teacher’s professional development problems.Being aimed at high school survey which founds that the problem of the professional development of the ideological and political teachers of young teacher. This chapter puts forward countermeasures, expounding the idea of optimizing the young teachers’ professional development from three angles of teachers, schools and professional training.
