| In 2018,Hubei Province,as the third round of pilot provinces,also joined the camp of new college entrance examination reform.Compared with the previous reform of the new college entrance examination in China,the new college entrance examination reform takes the students’ practical needs and ability development as the main reform objectives.Based on the investigation of x high school in Jingzhou city of Hubei Province,this paper,starting from the reasons for the new college entrance examination reform,discusses the impact of the new college entrance examination system on the teaching reform in senior high schools,so as to summarize the characteristics and find out the problems,and then elaborate the causes of the problems and propose solutions.This paper is divided into five parts except introduction.The first part mainly expounds the reasons of the reform of the new college entrance examination,the overview of the system of the examination selection and its influence on the reform of high school teaching.First,the old college entrance examination has suppressed the students’ humanity and personal specialty for a long time,and the tendency of homogeneity is serious.The new college entrance examination puts forward the basic goal of "educating people" in view of this problem,and takes the guarantee of students’ free choice as the basic idea.Secondly,as the highlight of the new college entrance examination reform,it not only takes into account the dual purpose of the basic knowledge and the development of the specialty in the senior high school,so that students can make reasonable learning plans according to their own interests and special advantages,but also lead to the occurrence of teaching reform in the high school.Finally,this chapter discusses the impact of the reform of the new college entrance examination system on the reform of Hubei Province.The second part is the empirical investigation design and present situation of x high school.This part mainly investigates the basic situation of x high school,the teaching reform process,teaching situation,the course of students’ selection and satisfaction of selecting subjects under the background of new college entrance examination.In addition,this part also focuses on the x high school teaching reform situation described,namely from the teaching management reform,teaching goal change and teaching organization reform three aspects of in-depth investigation.The third part mainly discusses the problems existing in the teaching reform of x high school under the background of the new entrance examination.The investigation found that there are three problems in the current teaching reform of x high school,that is,high school is still dominated by promotion,the form of teaching organization is difficult to change,and teachers have doubts about the teaching reform under the background of the new college entrance examination.The joint action of the three causes the deviation between the teaching reform and the original intention of the new college entrance examination.The fourth part is mainly to discuss the causes of the teaching reform in x high school.From the perspective of social inheritance and development factors,the continuous influence of selection system and the enhancement of social class mobility vision hinder the implementation of teaching reform;from the perspective of educational governance factors,the path dependence of the new college entrance examination reform,the block effect of the distribution structure of golden tower rights and the exclusion effect of closed organization make the teaching reform face difficulties;from the perspective of educational resources allocation,there are Limited teaching resources and teachers ratio means that the theoretical experience of teaching reform is not enough to support the deep teaching reform in general high school.The fifth part mainly puts forward three countermeasures to solve the problems and causes,namely,the competent education departments improve the top-level design,break away the thinking set,get rid of the path dependence;the school strengthens the internal drive,expands the teaching content and strengthens the guidance of selecting courses;the students improve their self-evaluation literacy,establish the long-term development consciousness and cultivate the ability of independent planning. |
