Aerobics is a vigorous and vigorous sport,and it has been widely spread in our life.Aerobics gymnastics,dance and music is the best present on the human body static beauty and dynamic beauty,long practice and exercise can not only enhance physical fitness,but also can edify sentiment in the movement,adjust the mood.Aerobics has a unique form of exercise,a very distinct sense of rhythm and rhythm,and the physical and mental characteristics of primary and secondary students in line with,can better fit the needs of young people's physical and mental health development.The traditional PE model is often called the same,lack of innovation,and aerobics exercise their own style and unique charm of hand can enhance their physique,promote the development of the body,on the other hand also can cultivate their innovation consciousness and ability,thus the quality of Aerobics Education Movement in students' meaning major.In order to better promote the physical and mental health of young people,to promote Aerobics in primary and middle schools in Huishan District of Wuxi city in the development,with a variety of research methods of literature,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method in Huishan District of Wuxi city middle school aerobics to carry out the current situation investigation and study.This paper investigates the teachers and students in 10 primary and middle schools in Huishan District of Wuxi City,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Aerobics in Huishan District of Wuxi.The conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the Wuxi Huishan District 10 schools surveyed,aerobics schools accounted for 40%,and did not open the aerobics course in school accounted for 60%,that schools pay more attention to the aerobics is not enough,needs to be further strengthened.(2)Aerobics teachers in teaching in compiling teaching materials mainly,corresponding accounted for 75%,this is mainly because of the young teachers in Aerobics teachers is the main force,with rich teaching enthusiasm and teaching ability,can fully consider students' preferences for action on their own schedule.(3)Aerobics teachers in the teaching methods to decomposition demonstration method and simple interpretation method,often lack of complete movement demonstration and repeated action explanation,lead to teaching quality and students learning effect is not good.(4)The evaluation contents and methods of primary and secondary schools in Wuxi District of Huishan City aerobics course is relatively simple,mainly in the provision of basic footwork,Aerobics movements and the corresponding professional quality test as the main evaluation content.Basically,the final assessment is conducted by the teacher self-evaluation,but this evaluation method will have some impact on the school aerobics teaching,and it is not conducive to the development of Aerobics curriculum.(4)Wuxi city Huishan District primary and secondary schools in the teaching facilities are not complete,lack of teaching facilities can not be aerobics movement characteristics better display,can make the students feel the aerobics brought dynamism and vitality,thus weakening the aerobics and fitness effect due to the charm.In view of the problems existing in the aerobics course in primary and middle schools in Huishan District of Wuxi City,the following opinions are put forward:(1)the relevant departments and school leaders should pay more attention to;(2)strengthen the aerobics curriculum teaching management;(3)establish and perfect the relevant system;(4)to strengthen the construction of teachers;(5)improve the internal and external aerobics competition;(6)pay attention to aerobics sports equipment and facilities etc.
