After entering high school,due to obvious changes in learning environment,peer group,subject content,teaching requirements and methods,many students fail to adapt,resulting in learning lag and moral decline.Therefore,in order to solve the confusion and offer practical guidance in time,the two important educators,the head teacher and the parents need deep communication to jointly pomote the development of students.But in practical education communication,head teachers in high school in communication with parents is a mere formality,lack of depth.There are many problems in communication,which are not good for the development of students.Therefore,it is urgent to study the deep communication strategy between high school head teachers and parents.This study conducts a questionnaire survey and interview on the current situation of the communication between the head teachers and parents in S High School.It objectively presents the problem of superficial communication between the head teachers and their parents in S high school.Main performances are as follows: The main subject of communication is single and the parents are less active in communication.The goal of communication is superficial and parents pay more attention to solving students' problems.The content of communication is one-sided and tends to learning negative information.The situation of communication is improper and the action of communication lags behind.The way of communication is monotonous.The online communication is more than offline communication.The feedback of communication does not reach the designated position.After communication,there be lacking of parents' feedback.The analysis suggests that there are three aspect reasons for the superficial communication problem.In the aspect of head teachers,head teachers' affairs are complicated and the communication consciousness is not strong.The reliability of the head teachers affect the communication effect.The communication of head teachers is not enough scientific and resonable.In the aspects of parents,parents are not clear about their roles.Parents have prejudice in communication consciousness.The educational quality of parents needs to be improved.In the aspect of school,the main problem is that the school fails to effectively stimulate the work enthusiasm of the head teacher.School education is focus on college entrance examination.The home-school communication system needs to be improved.Finally,in view of the superficial communication problem existing in the communication between the head teachers and parents in S High School,three strategies are put forward to help the head teachers in S High School to communicate with parents deeply based on the consideration of the goal of communication,the content of communication,the way of communication,the situation of communication and the feedback of communication.First,the strategy of the head teacher leading the deep communication.It includes actively enhancing job awareness,making great efforts to improve the degree of specialization and offering scientific and reasonable communication.Second,the strategy of parents promoting the depth of communication.It includes striving to cultivate a sense of obligation and responsibility,actively changing the communication concept and continuing to improve our educational literacy.Third,the strategy of school driving deep communication.It includes effectively stimulating the work enthusiasm of head teachers,smoothing the way of communication between home and school as well as establishing and improving the communication system between home and school.
