As one of the three major ball games in the world,basketball has a profound public foundation in China.In order to speed up the development and popularization of campus basketball,office of the ministry of education since 2016 in the campus basketball forward pilot work,by the year 2019 has been created in the whole country thousands of national youth basketball characteristic campus school,vigorously promote the campus basketball development,the development of basketball on campus,to promote the school sports work,strengthen the teenagers health level,cultivate the basketball reserve talented person,has a positive role in promoting.This paper USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to huai 'an representative national eight high school campus in the school basketball basketball characteristic analysis of the status of the investigation,summarizes experiences made since the campus basketball activities,find out the factors affecting the development of huai 'an campus basketball,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,to promote the sustainable development of huai''an middle school campus basketball.The results show that the distribution of basketball schools in huai 'an middle school is uneven and the number is small.The equipment and facilities of the basketball court are good,but the special fund for basketball on campus is short.The age structure of basketball teachers is not balanced and the whole is aging.The upward development channel of teachers' professional titles is blocked;Lack of basketball teachers;The construction of campus basketball and campus football overlaps,and the popularity of basketball class is not high.Modern multimedia teaching methods can not be fully used in basketball teaching;The system of city-level,district-level and intramural basketball competition needs to be further improved;There are basically no professional coaches or athletes from outside the university to provide professional technical guidance on campus.The school basketball team takes part in the basketball match less times,the participation level is lower.Based on the analysis of the above situation,the following countermeasures are proposed: reasonably plan the regional layout of the featured schools of basketball on campus,and tamp the population base of basketball;Basketball teachers should go out and bring in basketball teachers,and actively carry out multi-level and various forms of training activities for basketball teachers.Open all the physical education class,select teaching content,improve teaching methods,enrich teaching means,improve the efficiency of basketball classroom teaching;School leaders should pay attention to the development of basketball on campus,give full play to the educational function of basketball,and create a positive basketball cultural atmosphere on campus.Improving the campus basketball competition system,to give students more chance to participate in basketball and the platform.
