In recent years,with the increasing and popularization of intelligent equipment,the physical quality of Chinese teenagers has become a problem of great importance in China and the world.At the same time,based on the rural township school sports facilities are generally poor and lack,coupled with the overall degree of attention is not enough,not only the physical quality of young people has not been improved,but also decreased in the lack of interest.Junior high school is the key period of students' physical and mental development,we must pay close attention to it.In the present stage of the reality of physical education classroom teaching,students' motivation to participate in physical education is not strong,interest is not high,which causes the general decline of students' sports performance and the lack of educational effect.In the domestic high praise of the implementation of happy sports teaching method in primary and secondary schools,I think the game sports teaching method is a kind of physical education teaching method that can actively guide and encourage students' physical exercise.It is not a pure entertainment,nor is it like the traditional auxiliary means of physical education teaching.It is to scientifically design certain teaching contents and teaching objectives into sports games,and replace the traditional conventional teaching contents with this kind of game oriented sports teaching contents,and carry out game teaching on junior high school students,demonstrate the influence and effect of game teaching on junior high school students' sports achievements,sports participation,attention and interest,and explore new junior middle school physical education teaching methods.In this study,there are 12 male students and 12 female students in the junior middle school of Xi'an city.The results showed that P > 0.05,indicating that the physical function and various indicators of the experimental class and the control class were at the same level.Experimental results:(1)through the experiment,it can be seen that the students' standing long jump and forward throwing of the solid ball in the experimental class have been significantly improved(P < 0.05),indicating that the game teaching method can better improve the students' interest and enthusiasm,so the physical quality has been significantly improved.(2)After one semester of physical education classroom training,students' standing long jump and forward throwing of solid ball have also improved,but the improvement is not significant.Compared with the test results before the semester,it can be seen that there is no obvious difference(P >0.05),indicating that the effect of conventional physical education teaching is not obvious.(3)After the game teaching method in the experimental class,the students' participation in physical education,their interest in learning physical education,their attention to physical education and their cooperation and team spirit have been greatly improved.Compared with the scores of the control class,the scores of the control class have not been greatly improved,and even some items have been decreased,which is enough to show that they have a correct and positive attitude Combined with scientific and effective physical education teaching methods,students can actively and actively participate in sports classroom skills learning and sports training.So as to better achieve the goal of classroom teaching.Conclusion: game based teaching is not suitable for long-term single activity,which is determined by the length of classroom time and the game itself.It is difficult to design a long-term endurance project into a teaching game and put it into practice.This point has also been confirmed in the comparison of boys' 1000 meters and girls' 800 meters.In addition,the initial stage of skill learning is not suitable for game teaching,and too active classroom is easy to lead to the deformation of skills that are not fully mastered.Therefore,a certain proportion of sports games classroom teaching is a kind of effective sports teaching method.According to the characteristics of students' physical growth and development,as well as the teaching objectives of different stages of physical education,primary and secondary school physical education teachers can arrange some sports games with strong pertinence and good adaptability in physical education classroom teaching,so as to further promote the sports game teaching.Even it is feasible to replace part of the regular physical education with the game course which has been scientifically designed.Suggestions:(1)for some physical or skill based classroom teaching,teachers should create a positive and interesting classroom teaching atmosphere to enhance students' interest,which can achieve the expected teaching objectives and play a positive and effective role in promoting.(2)Physical education teachers should scientifically choose and create game based physical education teaching contents,and attach importance to the rational use of game based physical education teaching methods in view of the fact that junior high school students are in puberty development stage and have great differences in physiology and psychology with adults.(3)In the process of game teaching,the rationalization degree of organization and management of physical education classroom directly affects the teaching effect,so it is very important to strengthen the teaching organization and management of game oriented classroom.(4)Teachers should pay attention to the differences of students when they carry out game sports teaching activities.
