Resentment is a feeling of discontent,anger,or hostility that results from some causes and it can only be repressed internally for a long time due to its own inability to vent.In school education,students of resentment also exist objectively.Student resentment is related to personal psychology and quality factors,but more to problems in school.Education is an activity to develop people,and some unreasonable problems will lead to resentment among students,which will have a negative impact on students.This study takes students' resentment as the object of study.Based on the analysis of student resentment,it analyzes the nature and consequences of student resentment,makes an in-depth study of the educational problems that lead to student resentment,discusses how these problems lead to the generation of students' resentment,and finally seeks solutions to student resentment.Firstly,the paper gives an overview of resentment,including sorting out relevant definitions of resentment in the past,and distinguishing resentment from other concepts such as resentment,hatred and jealousy to clarify the concept of resentment.The cause of resentment is not only related to personal qualifications,but also to the external environment of an individual's life.The specific generating mechanism of resentment is as follows: firstly,the hurt feeling and unbalanced psychology formed after the individual suffers harm and frustration are the initial forms of resentment,while the outgoing attribution after the frustration further promotes these initial forms and evolves into various initial forms of resentment;Then the individual unable to express passion can only be due to weak experience inhibitor in heart to strengthen,then continue to suppression process allows the these passions in inner roll,began to the heart of self-poisoning,the resulting resentment.Secondly,the discussion and analysis are carried out around “students' resentment”.It mainly includes the definition and description of the concept,object types and consequences of student resentment.Among them,the negative consequences caused by students' resentment include the physical and psychological effects on students,the effects on campus interpersonal relations and atmosphere,and the moral consequences which are most difficult to be perceived.Thirdly,it analyzes some problems in school education and the generation of students' resentment.This paper mainly discusses three problems in school education:pathological competition,alienation of norms and excessive standardization,and how they lead to the generation of student resentment.Then,on this basis,the author briefly analyzes the social causes of the three kinds of education problems,respectively presenting the analysis of the four causes of the emergence of identity education,the management needs after the formation of the bureaucratic system,the “Mc Donaldization of society” and the impact of the social democratization process.Finally,based on the social reasons behind the education problems in the third chapter,this paper explains the ideas and countermeasures to resolve students' resentment.First of all,we affirm the necessity of positive education assistance at the psychological level.Then,we emphasize that we must return to the analysis of the underlying causes of students ‘problems and put forward corresponding educational or social countermeasures to solve the resentment.To solve the problems caused by pathological competition,on the one hand,it is necessary to change people's values,from paying attention to identity struggle to public welfare;on the other hand,it is necessary to solve them through specific cooperative learning strategies in education.The alienation of norms needs to return to the nature of norms,and then seek for the help of specific measures such as clear and reasonable limits of norms and students' participation in the establishment of norms.As for the excessive pursuit of standardization in education,the relevant measures are to clarify the standardized field,construct a multiple evaluation system,and develop personalized teaching space.
