Research On The "post-truth" Phenomenon In Online Public Opinion Events

In the post-truth era,due to the anti-phase symbiosis in the field of public opinion,the true and the false isomorphism in content,the reason and reverse order in judgment and the communication of network public opinion shows many new characteristics such as the appearance of bad secondary public opinion,the spread of rumors,the imbalance of people's mentality,the lack of control of emotion and the elimination of Internet users' recognition of mainstream values.This paper tries to combine the network public opinion event with the "post-truth" phenomenon,it also studies the performance characteristics and causes and effects of the "post-truth" phenomenon in the development situation of the network public opinion event.It puts forward corresponding guidance and controls suggestions to reveal the disorder of the "post-truth" phenomenon in the generation of network public opinions.Firstly,this paper organizes 28 " post-truth " events in the communication of network public opinion in 2019,it deeply analyzes its performance characteristics and summarizes its dissemination.On this basis,the case of Zhang Zixin is taken as an individual case.This paper analyzes the general situation and characteristics of public opinion communication.Secondly,the influence of the phenomenon of "post-truth" on information dissemination is mainly reflected in the difficulty of regulating the development situation of network public opinion and the positive performance of forcing the truth to a certain extent and promote the formation of social consensus and other aspects.Finally,from the four main aspects of government related disposal,media self-restraint,audience media literacy and social atmosphere influence,this paper puts forward the adverse effects of effectively solving the "post-truth" and guiding the healthy and orderly development of network public opinion in China.
