Chorus teaching is one of the important ways to cultivate the aesthetic sense of music of junior high school students,which has been widely paid attention to by relevant national institutions and teachers.Chorus teaching is helpful to further display the artistic style and cultural heritage of the campus and strengthen the campus spiritual civilization and cultural construction.The chorus teaching practice of middle school students is based on the new curriculum concept,making full use of the process of collective singing,cooperative learning and performance practice,so as to cultivate students’ good group coordination ability,tolerance,understanding,collective consciousness of joint participation and spirit of mutual respect and cooperation.However,there are many problems in chorus teaching in junior middle school,such as random selection of chorus tracks,lack of professional quality of teachers,lack of time for teachers and low chorus quality.Based on the above,this study takes the“multi-dimensional” training teaching practice of chorus timbre at junior high school as the only theme,and fully tries to discuss and analyze how to conduct the“multi-dimensional” training teaching of chorus timbre in junior high school music class,as well as the influence of this training on the chorus level,core literacy of music discipline and the spirit of cooperation of junior high school students.In order to realize the above research objectives,the author finally decides to use the Literature Method and the Teaching Experiment Method as well as the Questionnaire Method together with the Measurement Method and also the Mathematical Statistics.To be concrete,the paper to be first deeply explains the conducting background,simply clarifies the purpose as well as the significance of the research,and summarizes the research content.Secondly,the author defines the professional terms in this study,including timbre,timbre training,chorus teaching and core quality of music discipline,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.Next,the author introduces and describes some main elements of the study,containing questions and site as well as samples together with processes and the implementation of chorus “multi-dimensional” timbre training teaching in the experimental class,including timbre’s affecting reasons,multi-dimensional training strategies,teaching plans and teaching cases.Then,the author makes a comparative analysis of the data from three aspects: chorus performance,core accomplishment of music discipline and cooperation spirit,and draws a research conclusion.All the data in this study are from the teaching experiment conducted in the working school.Through the teaching comparison and data analysis between the control class and the experimental class,the author concludes that the chorus“multi-dimensional” timbre training teaching has the following effects on junior high school students:(1)It can improve the chorus performance.The maximum score,minimum score and average score of the experimental class increased by 5.32,7.36 and1.39 points respectively,p=0.006<0.01,showing a significant difference.(2)It can improve the ability of music practice.Before teaching experiment,both classes belong to “not agree”,p >0.05;after the teaching experiment,the attitude of the control class was close to “neutral”,and the attitude of the experimental class was closer to“relatively agree”(p<0.01).(3)The ability of aesthetic perception and cultural understanding could not be significantly improved.Before the teaching experiment,both classes were “disagreeing”,p >0.05;after the teaching experiment,the attitude of the control class and the experimental class was close to “neutral” with p >0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two classes.In view of the above,this study puts forward some teaching suggestions to explore the cultural factors of the choral purpose,to deepen the emotional experience of the choral purpose,and to enhance the interest of the training teaching of chorus timbres.
