At present,with the rapid development of science and technology,major projects or inventions can only be realized through teamwork.In order to adapt to the development of The Times,cooperative learning has been adopted and promoted in many countries.Cooperative learning aims to change the learning mode of students from passive acceptance to independent,cooperative and inquisitive learning mode,build a multilateral interactive learning platform,cultivate students' independent learning ability,cooperative communication ability and innovative practice ability,and realize the improvement of students' cognitive level and academic performance.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,group cooperative learning has been widely used in junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching,but many problems and deficiencies in the concrete operation process have been exposed through teaching practice.The author through consulting relevant literature,combined with our school mathematics teachers' teaching experience,a number of a line around the cognitive attitude,cooperation form,implementation process and effect evaluation and so on made questionnaire,selecting the day six palace school class of 265 students and 18 teachers of mathematics,the questionnaire survey to sorting data,analysis the current problems existing in the cooperative learning group,such as: The formation of the group is unreasonable,the division of labor of the members is not clear,students lack cooperation skills,inappropriate cooperation timing,difficult cooperation problems,lack of interest and discussion,teachers lack effective control and guidance of the cooperation process,students lack reflection and summary of the results of cooperation,lack of diversified evaluation mechanism,etc.In view of these problems,combined with the subject characteristics of junior middle school mathematics,this paper proposes improvement from three aspects of preparation strategy,implementation strategy and evaluation strategy:1.Preparation strategy: reasonable grouping,training of cooperation process and skills,and selection of cooperation contents.2.Implementation strategy: choose appropriate cooperation opportunities,and teachers participate in cooperation and timely intervention.3.Evaluation strategy: team oriented,focus on motivation,full participation,multiple evaluation,respect for differences,multiple evaluation,throughout,and focus on the process.This paper applies the above strategies to the teaching practice of junior middle school mathematics,designs typical teaching cases of group cooperative learning,and carries out a controlled experimental study to test its practical effect through the analysis of experimental data and interviews with students.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward to improve the timeliness of group cooperative learning.
