General technology course is a new course based on practice and creation since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in 2003.It focuses on improving students' technical literacy and stimulating their creative and practical abilities.As the core content of quality education,general technology course has attracted much attention since it was set up.How to effectively carry out the general technology course has always been a problem explored by front-line teachers and researchers.The creation of school maker space provides good hardware resources and guarantee for students' general technology practice activities,in which project-based learning can be carried out Learning activities enable students to master some necessary tools and methods,turn ideas into reality,cultivate students' core literacy in practice,and realize the organic integration of general technology course and maker education.Build a platform for general technology practice activities,that is,campus maker space,to help carry out general technology teaching activities.In the actual teaching process of general technology,students can always find various solutions to solve problems,but they are hard to realize them.If students can't realize their own creative ideas,it's difficult to find out what needs to be improved,which is not conducive to students' further learning,and it is difficult to cultivate students' innovative design ability,physical and chemical ability,graphic expression ability and technical meaning Knowledge,engineering thinking and other general technology discipline core literacy.Therefore,the application of campus maker space in the general technology compulsory courses can not only cultivate students' design thinking and innovation ability,but also increase the interest of general technology courses,so that students can actively participate in the study of general technology courses.This study intends to use the action research method to verify the application of maker space in the teaching of general technology compulsory courses,and design a total of three rounds of action research programs before and after to carry out field research.The teaching objects are the sophomores of our school.Among them,the theme of the first round of action research is the content of general technology compulsory 2 Chapter 1,"structure and design",to explore the preliminary application of maker space in technical design,analyze the research results through interviews,find problems and improve them;the theme of the second round of action research is "process design and optimization",to explore the effectiveness of maker space in the process design scheme The theme of the third round of action research is "system design",which explores the effective use of maker space in system design,and analyzes the research results through the form of evaluation scale and interview.Through statistics and analysis,this paper verifies the application effect of campus maker space in general technology compulsory course,and explores how to effectively use campus maker space in general technology teaching.Through three rounds of action research and data analysis and processing,it can be seen that the application of maker space in general technology compulsory courses for aided design can effectively improve the learning efficiency,enhance the learning effect,promote the design thinking and design ability of students,increase the interest of general technology classroom,and mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative.When teaching general technology in maker space,we should use relevant tools and equipment reasonably and regularly,pay attention to operation safety,realize learning by doing,help students apply what they have learned,extend and expand their knowledge,cultivate students' core literacy such as innovation ability and practical operation ability,and stimulate students' creativity.In this study,maker space is used as a place and tool to assist teachers and students to create better,consolidate students' knowledge,enrich general technology teaching resources,promote the reform of teaching methods of general technology course in senior high school,provide reference value for front-line teachers,and provide reference for enriching relevant research on general technology and maker education.Teachers should avoid using tools in teaching design,and teachers should strictly grasp the auxiliary role of maker space in teaching,so as to avoid giving priority to guests.The majority of researchers and front-line teachers can try to use maker space to assist classroom teaching,observe the teaching effect,and enrich the teaching methods and teaching resources of general technology.
