| In the context of national policies to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship,provincial governments have introduced a series of support and preferential policies to promote the development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship platforms.Maker space is a specialized,cluster innovation and entrepreneurship ecological platform,which can provide technical services for entrepreneurs,integrate entrepreneurial resources for various types of entrepreneurial projects and activities,incubate entrepreneurial enterprises that drive the expansion of employment scale,and promote the growth of the local economy.Among them,College Maker Space is dominated by the universities it relies on.By taking advantage of the university’s talent resources,scientific research reserves,platforms,and policies,it plays an extremely important role in the transformation of scientific research achievements,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and the transformation and upgrading of regional economies.With the continuous development of Maker space,China has issued a series of policies for identification management and performance evaluation.But at present,no performance evaluation system takes the College Maker Space as the main object of evaluation.When evaluating the performance of College Maker Space,local governments often directly use the universal indicators of Maker space evaluation,and these indicators are more inclined to the evaluation of financial performance,which cannot comprehensively and objectively reflect the unique functions and attributes of university mass innovation space when evaluating its development and operation.The " Maker space Evaluation Index System" issued by Henan Province clearly stated that the selection of evaluation index should be combined with the function orientation of the evaluation object,using the differentiated indicators and the corresponding weight to evaluate the performance,through performance evaluation to guide different types of Maker space to achieve high-quality development.Therefore,based on the differences between College Maker Space and Other maker spaces,using different evaluation indicators for performance rating and building a differentiated performance rating system has become a critical task for the development of College Maker Space.Based on consulting relevant literature,this paper adopts the methods of field interview,Hierarchical Analysis,and questionnaire survey sets out from the perspective of the operation manager of Maker space,based on the analysis of the performance evaluation indexes of Maker space and the research on the attributes and functions of College Maker Space,selects the evaluation indexes that can reflect the attributes and functions of College Maker Space,a set of performance evaluation system for Makerspace in Universities is constructed.Finally,this paper selects the performance evaluation system of Maker space in Henan provincial universities as the trial object,and makes a trial analysis of the system,by comparing the results of the trial with the actual operation,this paper finds out the existing problems in the College Maker Space,demonstrates the feasibility of the system,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems found in the trial. |
