Ancient poetry and prose is an important part of the long history and culture of the Chinese nation.As an important task of Chinese teaching in middle schools,the teaching of ancient poetry and prose has become the key content advocated by Chinese teaching in junior and senior high schools since the implementation of the new curriculum reform.According to teaching requirements,there is a percentage of ancient poetry teaching in each period of junior and senior high schools,which aims to enable teachers form a systemic on the teaching target,teaching content and teaching methods and cause students to maintain a certain amount of modern knowledge accumulation and have the training of appreciation and evaluation on traditional culture.Therefore,the teaching of ancient poetry and prose in junior high school should be consistent with that in senior high school.However,in reality,the present situation of ancient poetry teaching in junior and senior high schools is not ideal.Quite a number of Chinese teachers in junior and senior high schools fail to achieve cohesive teaching in teaching activities and lack of overall coordination and planning in teaching,which brings negative influence to the teaching effect of ancient poetry and prose and is not conducive to the cultivation of students' Chinese literacy.Therefore,attention must be paid to the connection of ancient poetry teaching in junior and senior high schools.Based on the investigation of the teaching status of ancient poetry and prose in junior and senior high schools,the research on the key points of ancient poetry and prose on the college entrance examination of the past five years,and the analysis and research on the teaching of the key points of ancient poetry and prose and research on the reasons for the separation of ancient poetry and prose of teaching in junior and senior high schools,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to meet the connecting needs of ancient poetry and prose teaching in junior and senior high schools.Through this research,the teaching of ancient poetry and prose in senior high school can help students to develop in a deeper level in terms of the knowledge accumulation and appreciation ability of ancient poetry and prose on the basis of the teaching them in junior high school,to further improve the aesthetic taste of traditional culture of middle high school students.
