With the continuous promotion of the curriculum reform and the promulgation of the new curriculum standards,the focus of high school biology education has shifted to the cultivation of students' key competencies.The history of biological science records the development process of life science,reflects the methodology and values of scientific researchers in the research process,can stimulate students' innovative thinking and learning enthusiasm,contains rich educational value,and is an irreplaceable educational resource.Therefore,the teaching of scientific history is an effective means to promote the development of students' key competencies.On the basis of previous studies,guided by the 2017 biology curriculum standard,this paper attempts to integrate the history of science into senior high school biology teaching,and promote the improvement of students' key competencies.First of all,we use literature research to explore the connotation of core literacy and the history of biological science,and analyze the coupling of them from the theoretical level.Secondly,we use the questionnaire method to investigate the teaching situation of the history of Biological Science in senior high school biology,in order to clarify the problems existing in the teaching of the history of Science in the context of key competencies,which provides the anchor point for the teaching strategy.In view of the above problems,the effective teaching strategies are put forward from the four aspects of teaching objectives,contents,methods and evaluation.In the end,we use the practical method of education to combine some teaching strategies of this study with the specific teaching content.From the three dimensions of biology academic achievement,scientific history knowledge and biological key competencies level,we make a comparative evaluation on the teaching effect of the experimental class and the control class respectively,in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the teaching strategies.The practical results show that the beneficial attempt of integrating the history of science into the biology teaching of senior high school has achieved the expected goal,enriched the knowledge of the history of biological science of students,improved their academic performance,improved the key competencies of scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility,and provided new ideas for the biology teaching of senior high school under the new curriculum standard.The stability evaluation of teaching strategies and the improvement of teaching evaluation tools still need to be further explored.
