With the continuous deepening of quality-oriented education,the improvement of teachers' professional quality has been paid more and more attention by schools and educators.Listening is an important part of teachers' professional quality,which is of great significance to students' learning and growth.However,in the real educational environment,there are still many problems in the construction of teachers' teaching and listening,which need to be discussed and analyzed deeply.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,interview and case analysis are used to study the current problems of primary school teachers' listening in teaching.First of all,by sorting out the literature,this paper analyzes the previous research focus on teachers' teaching listening and the problem representation of teachers' lack of teaching listening,summarizes and analyzes the causes of this phenomenon,and makes the previous research clear.Then,taking X Primary School as the research base,combined with the questionnaires of previous studies,I compile relevant questionnaires suitable for this study,to investigate the real status quo of teachers' listening to students in primary school mathematics,and analyze the educating cases of different teachers' teaching listening.Finally,summarize and refine the elementary school mathematics teacher listening should be adhering to the basic idea,put forward the primary school teacher teaching listening specific implementation strategy.From the overall situation of the research,teachers can listen to students well in class,but there are also problems such as teachers' lack of professional understanding of teaching listening,lack of ability to grasp listening details and lack of reflection.This study finds that the complexity and flexibility of teaching content and teaching object are important influencing factors of teachers' listening.Teachers' level of education has certain influence on classroom listening,due to high academic level of the teachers received the professional education of teaching listening,but do not represent the higher academic degree of teachers listen to the state,the better,in the student and the class level,teachers listen to the state's influence on the teacher's teaching listening,in front of the students in different classes and different difference is obvious.As a result,the ascension of the elementary school mathematics teacher literacy relies on strengthen the professional education teachers about teaching listening,improve the ability of teachers to delve into the teaching content and teaching object,and USES the many kinds of ways to improve the current state of elementary school teachers in the classroom to listen to,enhance teachers' teaching willingness to reduce the job burnout,to improve the current state of listening.
