Education is the cornerstone of national revitalization,teachers are the foundation of the establishment of education and the source of the development of education,the exploration of teachers' professional achievement is related to the growth of students,the development of teachers,and the future of education.As a novice teacher,hope in the job of teaching of middle school students to be able to like me,to be able to get along with each other between colleagues,led to my job,my students and I can with efforts,grow with each other,in order to enhance their professional accomplishment,in the actual teaching,I keep to try,but I felt the effect not beautiful,often feel exhausted,unable to realize education courses as a high school teacher brought my career satisfaction.Based on the problems existing in practical work,it is necessary to explore the source of teachers' professional sense of achievement and improve the professional sense of achievement of high school ideological and political teachers,and it has certain practical significance.Use the method of narrative research,this study selected L Y high school teachers as the research object,to make a study of teachers' professional accomplishment for data collection,using the method of classroom observation,physical analysis,interview,to the teacher's report as the basis of basic,L by L interview teacher colleagues,students,for L teacher achievement in career now,and how to improve teachers' professional accomplishment of improvement strategies for effective exploration,hope to be used for reference for their future career development.In the research process,based on Teacher L's narration,this paper analyzes the current situation of high school ideological and political teachers' professional sense of achievement from three perspectives,namely,the material sense of achievement,the interpersonal sense of achievement and the spiritual sense of achievement.Through specific analysis,the following problems are found: 1.High school ideological and political courses teachers' professional material sense of achievement is decliningphenomenon,which strikes teachers' enthusiasm for work;2.High school ideological and political teachers' career interpersonal sense of achievement is low,which affects teachers' career experience;3.The professional spirit sense of achievement of high school ideological and political teachers is passivated.
