The special-grade teacher system has been officially appeared for more than 40 years,the number of special-grade teachers in China has been increasing steadily.The ranks of special-grade teachers have become younger.The stage of special-grade teachers after honor is at the best stage of teacher development,and it is the easiest period to achieve breakthroughs.It is a key period for special-grade teachers to move from excellence to distinction.Behind the honor of "Special-Grade Teacher" is the encouragement and advancement.Paying attention to the development after honor of special-grade teachers has important theoretical and practical significance for China's "Educator Running School",school reform and the further development of special-grade teachers.The methods mainly adopted in this study are qualitative research methods such as the literature method,the educational narrative method and the physical collection method.At the beginning of the research,a large number of classic books,essays,periodicals were sorted out.Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,the concepts of the development of special-grade teachers after honor and special-grade teachers were clearly defined.In order to cater to the needs of "Educators Running Schools",these teachers in the primary school are managerial.Therefore,Teacher G who has management positions in the primary school is the main research object.The focus of the research is to go deep into the real education and teaching life of Teacher G,and follow up and observe the Teacher G to understand the mental journey and real experience of his development after honor.Based on humanistic psychology,three-dimensional narrative space theory and the collected and transcribed field texts,write stories about the development of Teacher G.Through the textual analysis of Teacher G's development story after honor and Nvivo11 software,the basic current situation of Teacher G's development after honor is summarized:(1)multiple roles to promote education;(2)high-end platform to meet demand;(3)student-oriented,teaching first;(4)insufficient atmosphere and lack of guidance.The path after honor of Teacher G is mainly to arm his own thoughts through reading and training,and to practice and reflect repeatedly to enhance the classroom so that students can develop better.The development after honor of the primary school teachers has both individuality and commonality.The Teacher G's growth path after honor has its distinctive characteristics.Its goal after honor is weakened,the sense of dissatisfaction is enhanced,and the resistance to resilience is enhanced.Combining mental journey and true story after honor,the characteristics of Teacher G are high-end,continuity,research,formation and comprehensive.At the same time,through text analysis,we can see that there are three dilemmas: the lack of scientific research input and influence,insufficient leadership of teachers at home and abroad,the lack of social orientation of special-grade teachers.Finally,the following revelations are obtained:Special teachers can promote classroom and teaching innovation by promoting development courses,applying for social projects,and improving information literacy;schools can create environment and support by enhancing the enthusiasm of teachers,creating a good school atmosphere,and strengthening the construction of the identity of schoolmembers;the management department can support and develop special-grade teacher after honor by clarifying the responsibilities and services of special-grade teachers,creating a diversified development platform,and improving the supportive policy environment.
