Quality education pays attention to the all-round development of students and requires students to give full play to their initiative and creativity in their study in order to improve their core literacy and make greater contributions to society and the country in the future.The development of students can not be separated from the role of school education,and the key factor to determine the effectiveness of school education is teachers.Students are constantly developing all kinds of best qualities under the influence of teachers’ education.From this point of view,the educational influence of teachers running through all aspects of teaching is an important promoting force to promote students’ behavior and psychological development.Therefore,the influence of teachers’ education is an important variable to determine the effectiveness of teachers’ education.And the power influence helps the teacher to have the indisputable compulsion in the student management,the reward and punishment,the teaching arrangement and the traditional teacher’s dignity and so on.In the influence of teachers,non-power influence helps teachers to influence students imperceptibly with their excellent personality charm,broad knowledge cultivation,exquisite professional ability and ingenious emotional communication,and constantly urges students to consciously complete their learning tasks.Huge and lasting encouragement to students.Therefore,taking the middle school teachers as the object of investigation,deeply investigating the development of the non-power influence of the middle school teachers,and formulating improvement measures for the non-power influence of the middle school teachers,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of the quality and ability of the middle school teachers.Teachers’ non-power influence directly affects the quality of teaching and has an important impact on students’ psychology and behavior.How to construct an educational system which is suitable for teachers’ non-power influence is a difficult challenge for teachers at all levels.Based on the data of 300 middle school teachers in Zunhua City,Hebei Province,this paper puts forward that the non-power influence of middle school teachers includes three components: personality influence,teaching influence and relationship influence.Using the non-power influence dimension of the above teachers to investigate and study the current situation of non-power influence of middle school teachers in Zunhua City,Hebei Province,it is found that there are significant differences in teachers’ non-power influence in terms of gender,professional title,educational background,school geographical location and so on.Among them,the influence of non-power of female teachers is significantly higher than that of male teachers;the influence of non-power of urban teachers is significantly smaller than that of rural and urban-rural areas;There is no gender difference between urban and rural teachers,while male teachers in urban and rural areas are significantly lower than female teachers.Finally,according to the results of this paper,combined with the current teaching practice,the promotion strategy of promoting the non-power influence of middle school teachers is put forward.In view of the problems revealed by the survey data,the author thinks that we should improve teachers’ understanding of the educational role of non-power influence and internalize their educational ideas;improve teachers’ professional quality,such as knowledge level and professional ability,so as to consolidate the foundation of teachers’ non-power influence;establish good professional ethics and shape teachers’ perfect flexible character;strengthen the construction of school culture and provide good for teachers’ non-power influence.
