Explore The Effective Teaching Of High School Ideological And Political Course Teaching Strategies

The educational reform is an important component in Curriculum reform Project. There is a very prominent problem in present middle and primary school teaching in our country. That is, there is no development in spite of teachers' pains and students' sorrows. This is one problem which we have to face in the new round of basic education curriculum reform. At the same time, we also need to provide various schemes to solve the problems. One of the schemes is to make our teachers own the concept of effective teaching and grasp the tactics and technology of effective teaching. Otherwise, although we have ideal curriculum planning, curriculum standards and textbooks, we will find that we are just armchair strategists. Therefore, in the situation where we are advancing the quality education of today all-round, and at the dawn of the new round of basic education curriculum reform, disclosing the concept and strategy of effective teaching seems to be urgent and necessary.This paper will discuss how the political teachers start with the classroom and carry out the strategy of effective teaching in order to achieve the teaching aims fixed in advance according to the current situation of thought political lessons, the requests of new curriculum standards, the teaching theory of thought political lessons and microcosmic field of classroom teaching.At first the paper expounded the introduction of effective teaching: including the background where the effective teaching was put forward and the connotation, the core of the effective teaching. At the same time I fix Ed the standards of effective teaching combining with the characteristics of political lessons and analyses the necessity of effective teaching in high school political lessons that is the second part.In the third part I expounded the effective teaching tactics. There were 4 parts: firstly, it's teaching preparing tactic, that's the early-stage work before the formal teaching behavior's carrying out. The early-stage work includes the establishment of teaching target, the analysis of students' circumstance, the design of teaching material contents and the choice of teaching method .I especially explained the teachers' quality among these pointes .Because if we want to make the lessons have real results the teachers have to have strict request to them.Secondly, it is effective teaching motivating tactic, which is the invisible strategy which serves the effective teaching. I put forward the specific implement strategy from arousing students' learning motivation and learning interests.Thirdly, it's teaching behavior tactic, it starts with the teaching behaviors which are often used in classroom teaching. Teaching behaviors are made up of four parts. They are instructing teaching behavior, asking teaching behavior, discussing teaching behavior, and showing teaching behavior. I discussed them in details against the designs and the implement of various behaviors and proved them in purpose.Fourthly, it is teaching evaluating tactic, if we want to carry out effective teaching we must reform the original evaluating tactic. This paper will play an important part in effective teaching of political lessons.
