The Under the background of the comprehensive rule of law,China attaches great importance to the cultivation of teenagers' awareness of the rule of law,and the high school stage is the key period for the cultivation of teenagers' awareness of the rule of law.To this end,the Ministry of Education issued a new curriculum standard for ideological and political courses in ordinary high schools in 2017,which takes the cultivation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law as one of the core discipline qualities,and provides basic guidelines for the cultivation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law.From the perspective of the new curriculum standard,it is a practical topic to examine the cultivation of students' consciousness of rule of law in high school ideological and political teaching.The curriculum standard is the basic normative requirement of teaching,and the new curriculum standard of high school ideological and political science is the teaching guide of the current high school ideological and political science.In this paper,from the perspective of the new curriculum standard,on the basis of full research,carefully analyzed the status quo of high school students' awareness of the rule of law and the reasons for the problems in the cultivation,and put forward targeted strategies for the cultivation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law.The article mainly includes the following three parts:The first part,the connotation of the consciousness of the rule of law and the characteristics and significance of the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law of senior high school students.First of all,based on the connotation of the consciousness of the rule of law proposed in the new curriculum standard,this paper analyzes in detail the four aspects of the consciousness of the rule of law,that is,the consciousness of the supremacy of constitution and law,the consciousness of procedural rules,the consciousness of rights and obligations,and the consciousness of equality and justice.Secondly,from the perspective of the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law,the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law is divided into four dimensions: the cognition of the rule of law,the identification of the emotion of the rule of law,the firm belief of the rule of law and the habit of the behavior of the rule of law.Finally,the characteristics of the new curriculum standard on the cultivation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law are explored.It is believed that the design and requirements of the new curriculum standard on the cultivation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law are clear,the content is systematic,the operation and implementation are concrete and feasible,which provides a powerful guidance for the cultivation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law.The second part is the analysis of the current situation and causes of the high school students' legal consciousness.Through a variety of investigation methods to analyze the current situation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law,although the overall level of the current high school students' awareness of the rule of law has been improved,but there are still many problems,such as the rule of law is not comprehensive enough,the belief in the rule of law is not firm enough,the rule of law behavior habits have not yet formed.The main reasons for the above problems are that the new curriculum standard is not fully and effectively implemented,and the teachers lack of legal literacy,scattered teaching content,single teaching method,insufficient legal practice,and imperfect evaluation system.The third part,based on the new curriculum standard,puts forward the cultivation strategy of high school students' legal consciousness.Based on the implementation of the basic concept of the new curriculum standard,this paper puts forward the cultivation strategies of high school students' awareness of the rule of law from five aspects: improving teachers' legal literacy,integrating and optimizing the teaching content,comprehensively applying the best teaching methods,carrying out practical and effective legal education activities,and constructing a task-oriented evaluation system.
