The purpose of this research is to improve the teaching and research capabilities of rural primary school teachers,enhance the effectiveness of rural primary school teachers’ teaching and research activities,promote the professional development of teachers,and improve the quality of rural primary school teaching and education.This research integrates lifelong learning theory,teacher professional development theory,and teacher subjective development theory.Through literature review,questionnaire and interview methods,this research takes an in-depth analysis of the development of teaching and research activities of rural primary school teachers in District F of Tangshan,from the perspective of teachers.Starting from the eight dimensions of Teachers’ cognition of teaching and research activities,teaching development,teaching and research methods,teaching and research content,teaching and research environment,teaching and research platform,professional guidance,and external resource protection,this research will conduct comprehensive and multi-angle discussions to discover the main problems in teaching research activities,explore the reasons,and propose corresponding countermeasures.The main contents of this study include:The first part is the introduction.This part fully explains the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods,literature review,innovation and shortcomings.Chapter 1 systematically analyzes the definition of core concepts and theoretical basis.Chapter 2 is the survey design and result analysis of the current situation of the teaching and research activities of rural school teachers in District F of Tangshan.Chapter 3 analyses the problems discovered in the process of teaching and research activities of rural primary schools teachers in District F of Tangshan.Chapter 4 is based on the analysis of the problems and explores the reasons in depth.Chapter5 is the countermeasure research on the teaching and research activities of rural primary school teachers in F district of Tangshan.Finally,this paper summarizes the research,points out the shortcomings of the study and clears the direction of future research.This research reveals the problem research based on the status quo of teaching and research activities of rural primary school teachers in F district.The problems are summarized as follows:(1)Teachers don’t have the insecure time for teachers’ teaching and research activities or insufficient ability of teaching and research.(2)Teacher are lack of an optimistic knowledge of teaching development,lack of a complete feedback evaluation and reward system with poor implementation results.Meanwhile,The setting of the frequency and length of teaching and research is unreasonable.(3)The teaching and research methods of teachers are singular and the teaching and research activities are mere formalities.(4)Teaching and research content for teachers does not meet the needs of teacher development.(5)Teachers don’t have a relaxed teaching and research atmosphere or fair teaching and research environment.(6)Teachers lack of professional guidance and the leaders lack of professional abilities.(7)Many rural primary schools do not have established a sharing platform for teachers’ teaching and research resources.(8)Insufficient external resource support and guarantee hinder the development of teaching and research.Through in-depth analysis of problems and causes,this research takes teachers as the research perspective and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.The main countermeasures are as follows:(1)Pay attention to the cognition of the teacher,guarantee the teacher’s teaching and research time,and improve the teacher’s teaching and research ability.(2)Improve the degree of teaching and research,standardize the teaching and research process,and enhance the effectiveness of teachers’ teaching and research.(3)Based on classroom teaching,enrich the form of teaching and research to meet the actual needs of teachers.(4)Focus on the combination of theoretical research and practical action,and design teaching and research content according to needs.(5)Promote cultural construction and create a democratic,equal and harmonious teaching and research environment.(6)Combine internal and external leadership and give full play to the role of professional leadership.(7)Build a teaching and research platform for teachers in rural primary schools and improve the support system for teachers’ teaching and research.(8)Strengthen the protection of hardware and software levels,and establish a sound resource guarantee mechanism.
