There are many factors that affect the cognition of professional ethics of higher vocational students.Among them,the role of important others cannot be ignored.Higher vocational students are in a critical period of professional ethics development.The influence of important others on the cognition of professional ethics of higher vocational students is Long-lasting and far-reaching.Therefore,this article focuses on the cognitive dimension of vocational students' professional ethics,and selects important others as an influencing factor to conduct specific research.The main issues studied in this article are as follows: First,explore which types of important others have the most impact on the vocational ethics of higher vocational students,and roughly rank the important others according to the degree of influence;second,explore how important others have the most impact on the professional ethics of higher vocational students.The influence of different dimensions of moral cognition;the third is to explore the ways and characteristics of the influence of important others on the cognition of professional ethics of higher vocational students.This research uses the literature analysis method to collect relevant research materials,and understands the specific research progress of important others and professional ethics at home and abroad.And on the basis of the original research,combined with the content of this research,the vocational ethics cognition of higher vocational students is divided into three dimensions: professional ethics content mastery,professional ethics judgment and professional ethics selection.Using the method of empirical research,from a high school in Shanghai Vocational colleges randomly selected first,second,and third grades of different majors,with a total of 556 students as the research objects,and obtained detailed empirical data about important others that affect the cognition of professional ethics of higher vocational students.Then analyze the differences in demographic variables and the correlation between the various dimensions of professional ethics cognition for the important others that affect the professional ethics cognition of higher vocational students,and then use symbolic interaction theory and self-regulation theory as support to influence An in-depth analysis of the importance of the vocational ethics of vocational students.According to the obtained data and theoretical analysis,this article roughly ranks the important others that affect the vocational ethics of higher vocational students according to the degree of influence of important others on the cognition of professional ethics of vocational students,and finds that important others have passed Different ways of influence have different characteristics on the cognition of professional ethics of vocational students,and the influence of important others on the cognition of professional ethics of vocational students is also different.In the end,the author puts forward a number of countermeasures and suggestions based on the conclusions to provide references for related education practices.
