In the recent years,with the continuous development of vocational development and extension of vocational school sizes,secondary vocational education has gradually received more attention.Carrying out vocational professional ethics education has become one of major constitution contents in secondary vocational education.As era developing constantly,connotation of professional ethics is enriched accordingly.China gradually forms the professional ethics dominated by professional values,attitudes and spirits,moral statute and ideal and attainments.Accordingly,development of professional ethics education gradually appears to be the cultivation mechanism that is dominated by school education and depend on cooperation between school and enterprise.It demonstrates reform requirement of combination of learning with work and feature of expanding discrimination of content and professions.Combining the development goal that complete modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and connection of secondary and higher vocational education,it is necessary to actively carry out professional ethnic education in secondary vocational school,which is the scientific measure to deepen reform in vocational education and effective method to improve professional quality for students in secondary vocational schools as well as the important guarantee to build civilized and harmonious society.From the status of professional ethics education in secondary vocational school,it generally exists problems such as unreasonable set of curriculum framework,lower degree of scientific teaching content organization and inadequate teacher practices.How to solve these problems mentioned above and how to effectively carry out professional ethics education in secondary vocational school is the main research direction of this paper.Taking agricultural school in Zhaoqing city,this paper fully studied the basic content of "customized class + apprenticeship system" cultivation mode in this school.It mainly depend on cooperation between school and enterprise and directed education to build "customized class",effectively integrate school and enterprise resources,introduce skillful talents to school and formulate "apprenticeship system" personnel cultivating program that is guided by master worker,practised by apprentice and assisted by tutor.Carry out professional ethic education in simulation training environment built jointly by school and enterprise,target to plan multiple quantitative evaluation system of"society+enterprise+school+student" and achieved satisfactory results finally.This paper summarize several suggestions as following,including carrying out reform of course system in line with working process,,innovating teaching mode of integrating professional ethnic and skills,adjusting evaluation indicators oriented by industry requirements,making use of advantages of customized class to invite skillful talents to launch part-time teaching and building training base jointly by school and enterprise.
