As the household contract responsibility system as the fundamental change the way of production,as well as development of market economy and urbanization,industrial and social profit become common fact,change traditional mutual mechanism,a serious shortage of villagers' participation in public affairs,rural autonomous join forces to create or maintain public goods disappear,rural social public crisis,Therefore,the rural community which is formed and developed on the basis of publicity faces the risk of deconstruction.It directly affects the social power,economy,interpersonal relationship and governance structure of rural areas,and has a new impact on the shaping of rural production and life community.And the rural public construction a promoting role in the "co-assistance" and "mutual assistance" system function within the rural community.Similarly,project entry into villages has a profound impact on the form of rural publicity,especially in the specific rural scenario where project entry into villages has become the main means of grassroots governance.With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,more series of projects have entered the rural field.This paper takes D Village of Enshi Prefecture,which has achieved publicity results due to the project in recent years,as a case study.From the perspective of publicity,this paper adopts the structural functionalism analysis paradigm to explore the changes and construction-paths of rural social publicity in the process of the project in the specific situation of rural social development.Research using the field investigation,history,comparative study method to project into the village of changes in the process of comprehensive review and comb,and to analyze project background rural village and the reality of the public,to explore the project into the village public was rebuilt in internal mechanism,and summarizes the path,and then points out that the rural construction-source of publicity.The study found that in the process of the project into the village system,space four levels,emotions and interests to achieve rural public construction,and through the public space to remake,reshape the public domain,the public person reborn,public products supply,promoting as a social community,community of political community,emotion,the connotation of interest community of rural public reconstruction,with the village public performance is strong,the village project will be more suitable for rural good governance.The research suggests that there are four main ways for the project to realize the construction of rural social publicity: first,the government-led social interaction mode.Under the guidance of government power,the market subject is isomorphism with the rural society,and the production and life in the rural society are re-connected,so as to promote the communication among villagers and build a new social community.Second,villagers participate in improving the mode of discourse power.With the transformation from the private sector to the public sector,the topics concerned by the rural society change,public affairs become a common topic,the effect of public opinion is enhanced,and villagers democratic participation is enhanced.In the process of participation,they gain respect,status and honor,forming a new political community.Third,social help obtains the emotional support model.External forces inject into rural society to generate the resonance between volunteer action and endogenous forces.Rural society is organized and rural elites take the initiative to act.Fourth uphold the mutually beneficial and win-win ecological pattern,the social individual demand and rural social connections,based on the interests of village public products is the benefit of the carrier,in the pursuit of common prosperity,collective action,in the construction of rural social rural ecological respect,pay attention to environmental protection,to stabilize the public interest,build a new community of interests.The root of rural public construction-lies in that the government is the leading force,the financial fund is the main element and the rural society is the main body of the construction.
