The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to strengthen and innovate social governance,focusing on building a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.With the integration and development of my country's urban and rural areas,the "village to residence" community,as a product of in-situ urbanization,is a special path and development method for Chinese community construction.It takes into account the mixed nature of urban and rural areas,and has the characteristics of "also urban and rural".It is full of unique community connotations and Chinese background.Due to its particularity,the "village to residence" community has more prominent public issues,which has brought a series of social problems.This article takes the concepts of community publicity and "village to residence" communities as the starting point for the research,the G community of Hefei as a field investigation point,the publicity of G community as the research object.With reference to previous researches,the extension of the publicity of the "village to residence" community is defined as five aspects: community public space,community public services,community public rules,community public participation,and community public spirit.Through unstructured interviews and literature and other research methods to analyze the reasons for the elimination of the publicity of "village to residence",mainly from the three levels of macro,meso and micro analysis.It is believed that the macro level is due to the combined effect of the "strong government" tradition and the market economy,and the meso level is due to the common influence of the administrativeization of the neighborhood committee and the single governance body,the micro level is due to the common constraints of the weakening of social capital and the expansion of resident egoism.These reasons continue to dissolve the publicity of the "village to residence" community.The article believes that five levels can be used to jointly improve the current predicament and build a community publicity that adapts to modern society,including creating community public space,improving community public service supply,regulating community public rules,broadening community public participation,and fostering community public spirit.
