Coming to the 21st century,great changes have taken place in social life,such as in the field of social economy and technology.The main social contradiction of the new era has changed.With the acceleration of education modernization in China,research of key competence has been applied to guide the curriculum reform of senior high schools.By summarizing the key competences of various subjects,the curriculum reform of senior high school has entered the 3.0 stage.Under the background of curriculum reform,ideological and political education,as a key subject responsible for the task of cultivating morality and educating people,has always been in the forefront of research,and has gained rich experience in practice.However,based on the long-term goal of realizing education modernization in 2035 and the internal requirements of cultivating competence,the cultivation of key competence is still facing a thorny dilemma,and its cultivation system still needs to be optimized.Based on the theory of constructivism,this study takes Marx's theory of human science and lifelong learning as the guiding concept,and combines competence study with the subject of ideological and political education.The research takes the clue of background introduction--concept explanation--current achievements--dilemma analysis--system optimizatio.The introduction part focuses on the origin of the research,elaborates the international background and curriculum reform background of the research from a macro perspective,and grasps the research as a whole.The first chapter of the study defines the concepts of competence,key competence,key competence of the subject,key competence of the ideological and political subject,and expounds the basic theory and guiding concept of the study.The second chapter introduces the current achievements and fosters of the research based on researcher's observations and conclusions.In the third chapter,combining with the overall cultivation situation in China,from the perspective of subject teachers,subject evaluation and subject support,the author tries to analyze the dilemma faced by the cultivation from the two approaches of the necessary requirements of key competence cultivation and the actual situation of subject construction.The fourth chapter of the study,based on the overall consideration,suggests to strengthen the support of teacher professional development,balance the modern and traditional evaluation methods,coordinate the forces of various positions,and integrate the system of the key competence quality to reach the goal.
