In recent years,the teaching reform is the focus of our country's education.Physical education plays an important role in the teaching course,but the traditional teaching method is boring,which is difficult to meet the needs of the development of the times.Therefore,to explore a new way of physical education curriculum development under the new background is an effective guarantee to promote the all-round development of students.As a direct way to train students,teaching method has naturally become a hot topic for educators.In physical education teaching,imagery training method is popular with teachers and students because of its unique teaching characteristics.Although previous studies have pointed out that imagery training can promote the learning efficiency of sports skills,these studies only point out the effect of imagery training on individuals,and do not consider the difference between individuals in the effect of imagery training.However,due to the influence of gender,personality and other factors,there are great differences among individuals,especially in middle school,students are in the sensitive period of growth and development,and the physical and mental differences between individuals can not be ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the effect of imagery training in middle school individual differences.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the middle school physical education reform.Li Ding long jump has also been one of the physical examination items in many provinces,which has already shown its importance in junior middle school students' sports teaching.This study is based on the junior high school students standing long jump sports,on the basis of the teaching method of imagery training,to explore the effect of imagery training in individual differences.Through the method of literature review,the relevant data and literature are consulted to form the theoretical basis of the study.160 junior high school students who meet the requirements of the experiment were selected by questionnaire.Then through the experimental method,the selected junior high school students were trained for three weeks.Finally,by taking pictures of all the students' standing long jump movements,the standardized standing long jump scores are calculated,and the standardized standing longjump scores and the kinematic characteristics of different types of students' movements are analyzed by SPSS and Simi motion model software.The results show that imagery training can improve the standing long jump performance of junior high school students,and there are individual differences in the effect of imagery training.Specifically,in the introverted personality characteristics,gender differences do not affect the effect of imagery training,while in the extroverted personality characteristics,imagery training is more conducive to the standing long jump performance of boys;for boys,imagery training is more conducive to the standing long jump performance of extroverted students,while for girls,imagery training is also conducive to the standing long jump performance of extroverted students Long jump results.In addition,imagery training can improve junior high school students' imagery ability,interest in learning,and help to cultivate students' good mental state.In this regard,it is suggested that new teaching methods should be further developed in future physical education,so as to promote the improvement of teaching efficiency and teaching effect;when teaching with imagery training or other teaching methods,individual differences of students should be considered,and guidance should be given to students with poor ability;finally,for some students who can not participate in physical education activities for a short time,it can be adopted Using imagery training or other teaching methods to carry out alternative exercises,so as to ensure the effective implementation of these students' sports teaching activities.
