Based on the influence of social,political and economic conditions,the level of productivity development,culture and other factors,education in China has been developing rapidly,especially in the field of curriculum.Since the new century,the curriculum reform movement in China has been advancing step by step.Although the form of examination and evaluation has changed quietly with the continuous reform,the paper and pencil detection is still an important part of evaluating students at this stage.Means.In this context,as the main carrier of paper and pencil test,judging the consistency between test questions and curriculum standards will have certain theoretical significance and educational practical value.This paper introduces several current test analysis models at home and abroad,such as Weber analysis model,SEC analysis model and Achieve analysis model.This paper also takes the biology examination questions of junior middle school in three cities of Shandong Province(Linyi,Weifang and Binzhou)in 2017 and 2018 as the research object,judges the consistency between each test question and the curriculum standard by SEC analysis mode,and makes further analysis on different subject contents,different cognitive levels and key distribution.hrough the analysis,we can find that the consistency coefficients of six test papers and curriculum standards are not up to the standard values,which means that there is no statistical consistency between each test question and the 2011 version of junior middle school biology curriculum standards.However,compared with similar studies in other disciplines,we can find that the consistency of the six test papers and curriculum standards is still small,Therefore,we can not deny that the curriculum standards play an important role in the formulation of the six test questions,but the research results also show that they can be further closer to the curriculum standards in consistency.In addition,the six papers are consistent with the curriculum standard in the grasp of 10 content topics,which also shows that propositioners attach great importance to the distribution of knowledge points in the curriculum standard.Thecognitive level is quite special,that is to say,five of them all pay more attention to the investigation of knowledge at the level of understanding and application,which weakens the investigation of knowledge at the level of understanding to a certain extent.Finally,in terms of the distribution of the primary and secondary focus of knowledge and cognition,the degree of coincidence between the six questions and the curriculum standard is not obvious.Therefore,on this basis,the author believes that: junior high school biology examination question system can pay more attention to both knowledge points and cognitive level,while frontline educators should also pay more attention to the teaching based on the subject curriculum standards,relevant researchers should also seize the opportunity to develop more reasonable test analysis methods.Experts,researchers and front-line teachers should be closely linked,communicated and learned from each other so as to promote the scientific development of basic education in China.
