The curriculum standard is an important basis for teaching and academic evaluation, which means that all aspects of curriculum reform must be closely around and implement the curriculum standard.Only by maintaining a high degree of consistency with the curriculum standards can the quality of national curriculum implementation be guaranteed. Therefore, the consistency study of academic evaluation based on curriculum standards has increasingly become the focus of curriculum research at home and abroad. The test of high school ideological and political academic level is an important part of the reform of academic evaluation based on standards, which should be highly in line with the requirements of high school ideological and Political Curriculum standards. In this context, the content and method of the study are determined.Based on Weber's consistency analysis model, the model is localized from the coding of cognitive level, evaluation items and curriculum standards.Based on Weber's reconstructed consistency analysis model and "Ideological and Political Course Standards for Full-time Senior High Schools",this paper chooses Shanghai Senior High School Academic Level Test Paper from 2015 to 2017 as the comparative object to analyze the consistency between the Academic Test Paper and the Curriculum Standards. This paper mainly compares the consistency of Weber's consistency model from four dimensions: knowledge type, knowledge depth, knowledge breadth and knowledge distribution balance. It finds that the consistency of knowledge type and knowledge distribution balance is consistent with the requirements of curriculum standards, while the consistency of knowledge depth and knowledge breadth is not consistent with the requirements of curriculum standards. In the fourth chapter of the main body, the author rethinks that the reasons for this phenomenon are closely related to the reform of the new entrance examination system and the content of curriculum standards in Shanghai. After analyzing the problems, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the consistency between the academic level test papers and curriculum standards in order to make the academic evaluation more scientific.
