A Practical Study On The Team Work Of Community Integration Of The Elderly With Their Migration From The Perspective Of Active Aging

With the development of economy and the quickening of urban and rural exchanges,the population flow becomes more frequent.Because of the factors such as economy,children's education and so on,settling down in the city has become the primary choice of the rural youth.Following the pace of their children settling down in cities,the elderly have become a new group in urban communities in order to take care of their grandchildren or provide for the aged.Under the dual thrust of population rural-urban mobility and aging,the number of elderly people living with them is increasing.It is difficult for them to integrate into the new community after leaving the original place of residence and moving to a new environment,which makes the elderly living with them maladapt physically and psychologically,and affects their physical and mental health.As a new group,the elderly with their parents have not received much attention from the academic circle.The number of elderly people in M community served by the author accounts for one quarter of the total community,so paying attention to the physical and mental health of elderly people has become an important service content in community work.However,the traditional community service has no significant effect on helping the elderly with the relocation identify with the community,integrate into the community and adapt to the community.The author settled in the M community in the form of project system,focused on and made efforts to improve the difficulties in integrating the elderly with the migrant community,and thought about the paths and strategies to promote the integration of the elderly with the migrant community from the professional perspective of social workers.As a theory and an advocacy,active aging is the basic concept of modern urban communities to serve the elderly.Through questionnaire and interview,the author learned that the elderly living with them will have monotonous daily life,unfamiliar with the community environment,indifferent neighborhood relationship and less participation in community activities after moving to the new environment.Therefore,it can also be seen that the elderly living with them still face challenges in integrating into the new environment.In this study,under the guidance of the theory of active aging,the needs of the elderly living with them are analyzed.The goal is to promote the community integration of the elderly living with them,and the strategy of group work intervention is adopted to provide professional services.Improve the quality of life of the elderly.It is hoped that the effect of group work intervention can provide experience for the whole elderly group to integrate into the new community.
