Teaching effectiveness has always been a research issue in the field of education.Under the background of the new basic education curriculum reform in my country,the study of teaching effectiveness has become a hot issue in education.With the development of informatization,the country has vigorously promoted the informatization of basic education.The "online + offline" teaching model represented by hybrid is gradually being promoted in primary and middle school teaching.This teaching model makes teachers' teaching methods and teaching The continuous innovation of resources and teaching effectiveness also has a certain impact on the relationship between teachers and students.To a certain extent,whether students get effective learning is directly related to teachers' teaching.Therefore,it is very necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of teacher teaching in blended teaching in primary and middle schools.So far,although there have been some results on the evaluation of blended teaching and the effectiveness of teacher teaching,the research on blended teaching evaluation is mostly concentrated In colleges and universities,there are few studies on the teaching effectiveness of teachers in the blended teaching of primary and middle schools.The existing evaluation index system lacks pertinence and applicability for the effectiveness of blended teaching in primary and middle schools.This study uses the literature research method to collect and organize the related evaluation index systems of blended teaching and teaching effectiveness in domestic and foreign literature.Based on the preliminary grasp of these evaluation index systems,after targeted screening,according to the primary and middle schools The basic elements of blended teaching and teacher teaching effectiveness,select a number of middle and tertiary indexes related to the effectiveness of blended teaching in primary and middle schools,and construct a preliminary framework for evaluating the effectiveness of blended teaching in primary and middle schools.In the next study,the preliminary indexes were modified through the Delphi method.A total of 8 experts were invited to fill out the questionnaire.The indexes were modified through two rounds of feedback data analysis and combined with the suggestions of experts,and finally established the evaluation indexes for the effectiveness of mixed teaching in primary and secondary schools.The specific expression of the framework and third-level indexes.After that,the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weights.Due to the large amount of data,this study uses the " Analytic Hierarchy Process" software to determine the weights of the indexes.After consistency testing,an evaluation index system for the effectiveness of blended teaching in primary and secondary schools is established.The system includes 3 first-level indexes of teaching preparation,teaching implementation,and teaching effect;7 second-level indexes of information technology application,teaching design,language organization and expression,teaching organization and expression,teaching guidance,teaching evaluation feedback,and teaching preset effect and 17 third-level indexes and specific expressions of the third-level indexes,and also include the weight of each index.Finally,analyze the 12 excellent courses of the "Liaoning Province Information Technology and Teaching Integration Quality Course Competition" Smart Learning Cloud Class,verify the evaluation indexes,and based on the analysis results combined with the actual situation of blended teaching,propose effective teaching of blended teachers in primary and middle school suggestions for improvement.
