Junior high school Chinese novel reading occupies a large proportion in the Chinese classroom teaching,but the current novel teaching has the phenomenon of "formula" and "rigidity".Therefore,to a certain extent,the study of famous teachers' lesson provides a broader teaching research path for teaching.Famous teacher's lesson is the crystallization of famous teacher's teaching wisdom,which condenses advanced teaching ideas and mature teaching experience,and provides certain theoretical and practical guidance for other teachers and educators.This paper takes the lesson of "step" taught by three famous teachers Huang Houjiang,Yu Yingchao and Ding Weijun as the research object,seizing the characteristics of the lesson research,analyzes the setting of teaching objectives,the processing of teaching contents,the evaluation of teaching methods and teaching effects,and reveals its significance and value.The paper is divided into six parts.The introduction mainly talks about the origin of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status and the research methods.The first chapter is mainly from two aspects of text interpretation and teaching philosophy.First of all,it analyzes the selected text "steps" from the aspects of ideology and emotion,structure and layout,and language characteristics;then it introduces the teaching ideas of three famous teachers,expounds the teaching value of the famous teachers' lesson,and explains the specific reasons for choosing the three famous teachers' lesson;The second chapter mainly focuses on the comparison of teaching objectives of "steps".First of all,from the unit teaching objectives of the selected text,this paper analyzes the setting of teaching objectives of the selected text of "steps" and the relationship between different teaching objectives and learning situation;secondly,it analyzes the teaching objectives of the three teachers from the lesson examples,and probes into the comparison of teaching objectives of teaching materials based on the evaluation of learning situation;The third chapter is mainly from the teaching content and teaching methods on the "steps" teaching process of comparative analysis.First of all,analyze the lesson,grasp the key content according to the teaching goal,set the problem according to the teaching goal,and carry out effective reading;second,analyze the teaching methods of the lesson to achieve the teaching goal,mainly from the teaching method and discussion method to analyze the relationship between the selection of teaching methods and the teaching goal;The fourth chapter is mainly about the evaluation and analysis of the teaching effect of "steps".One is how the students "answer" and the other is how the teachers "lead".From the analysis of the enthusiasm and accuracy of students' answers,this paper analyzes whether the three teachers' classroom design is reasonable and the completion of teaching objectives.Teachers' guidance also plays an important role in students' learning outcomes,which is related to whether classroom design is closely related to teaching objectives and students' actual situation;The fifth chapter mainly expounds the Enlightenment of the "steps" lesson to the teaching of novel reading.First,we should pay attention to training students' thinking and strengthening the transfer of knowledge;second,from the perspective of teachers,teachers' professional quality and subject knowledge background are important factors in forming their own teaching style;third,from the perspective of teaching,we should focus on novel reading methods and study novel teaching methods based on text,returning to life and multiple interpretations.
