Life education is one of the important contents of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It is related to the basic state of life and the embodiment of life value,and is of great significance to the realization of the fundamental goal of establishing moral construction and self-cultivation.Since 2018,"post-00" college students have entered university campuses one after another,and they have gradually become the main force of college students.However,news reports about "post-00" college students hurting themselves and others are not uncommon.Not only that,there are still many students who do not understand the preciousness of life and waste time on the current university campus.Therefore,study the present situation of life education of "post-00" college students and their cognition of life is to lead "post-00" college students to explore the meaning of life,definite the value of life,improve the quality of life,and feel the happiness of life Important basis.From the perspective of the reality demands of life education for "post-00s" college students,based on a detailed review of the present situation and practice of life education research,the literature review is used to analysis the current success and limitation of life education for "post-00s" college students.The research focus is determined to be the special group of "post-00s" college students.First,clearly define the core concepts.Life education for "post-00s" college students is the core concept.Based on the analysis of predecessors' concepts of "life" and "life education",it combines the group of "post-00s" college students with "post-80s" and "post-90s" college students.The group's commonality and unique personality,try to clarify the meaning of "post-00 college students' life education",clarify the goals of "post-00" college students' life education,and analyze the characteristics of "post-00" college students' life education.Secondly,through questionnaire surveys and individual interviews with "post-00s" college students in some universities in Yunnan Province,it is found that some "post-00s" colleges are ignoring life.They are confused about life,have no sense of life,and have low quality of life.Many students do not think enough about the meaning of life,lack life motivation,and lack death education and basic crisis management skills.Some "post-00s" college students still have the value of personal interest first,believing that individuals are superior to society and others and pursue material wealth.The reasons are as follows: First,the current progress of life education in colleges and universities is slow,which is reflected in the insufficient attention to life education,the content and methods of life education are too simple and mechanical,and the life education theory and practice of front-line educators are insufficient.There is a phenomenon of utilitarian education.Second,there is a clear lack of life education in family education,which is manifested in the fact that parents are not talking about life and death,education goals are too utilitarian,and education methods are too extreme.Third,the macro environment has had a adverse effect on life education.The social atmosphere of chasing fame and fortune has eroded the life values of "post-00s" college students.Vulgar mass culture has reduced their aesthetics.New media on the Internet have mixed good and bad,resulting in "post-00s" There is a phenomenon that college students cannot perceive the beauty of life,and that everything takes interest as the primary prerequisite.Finally,for the above reasons,the implementation path and methods of life education for "post-00" college students are proposed from the three aspects of school,family and society.Schools should increase special courses for life education,establish a correct education concept that cares about life,and enrich life education education.Substances and approach,enhance the standard of life education teachers,combination resources to establish a life education center.Families should confront the concept of life and death,establish good family education values,take up scientific education methods,and build up a harmonious family atmosphere.The society should optimize the macro environment of social life education,think highly of the guiding role of the media in life education,purify the online life education environment,build an online life education learning platform,integrate life education resources from all walks of life,and promote the orderly development of life education.Life education of "post-00s" college students should improve their understanding of survival knowledge and life skills,so that college students can correctly handle the relationship between people and society,cherish and respect life more,and realize the meaning and value of life.Achieve the fusion of body and mind,so as to promote the "post-00" college students to achieve wonderful lives.
