As the development of the society,the demand for talents is also increasing,which leads to the educational reforms.The cultivation of core literacy proposed in recent years is the strengthening and upgrading of quality-oriented education.Literacy education requires students to develop the necessary character and key ability to meet the needs of their lifelong development and social development.The cultivation of core literacy of students in middle school needs the front-line teachers to carry it out.Middle school teachers have become the key factor of the quality of core literacy cultivation,and the practical teaching management ability of middle school teachers is the key point to complete this task.This paper puts students' literacy into the classroom management.From the aspects of classroom management,such as target management,discipline management,interpersonal relationship management,classroom environment,and classroom evaluation,this paper highlights the main role of students,pays attention to their innovative ability and creative ability,and innovates the classroom management mode.This paper aims to train students to be well-rounded people and to promote their lifelong development.This article takes Y middle school in Huaiji,Zhaoqing,Guangdong province as the research object.This paper aims to analyze the experience and problems of classroom management based on students' core literacy in Y middle school and propose strategies for improving classroom management.Through student survey data and teacher interview,we have learned the basic situation of classroom management under the perspective of the core literacy,and found that in practice,the classroom management of middle school has the problem of teachers' arbitrary,classroom management with unclear objectives,monotonous classroom environment,rigid classroom discipline management,unscientific classroom evaluation,lack of vitality,and low degree of classroom rule execution,which affects the quality of classroom management.This article puts forward some strategies to promote the development of students' core literacy on three aspects;the society,the school and the teachers.
