Research On Risk Assessment And Governance Of CBA Professional Basketball Clubs

At the beginning of 2020,the global COVID-19 outbreak will have an impact on the development of the sports industry,especially the sports events with typical agglomeration characteristics and professional sports clubs of different size in the world,which will inevitably suffer from the impact,and the sports economy will suffer obvious losses.The frequent withdrawal of professional football clubs gives a risk warning to the development of basketball clubs.Under the situation of internal and external troubles,the research and evaluation of the risks of professional basketball clubs and their governance are conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of CBA professional basketball clubs.Using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling,this paper analyzes and studies the construction of risk assessment and governance system of CBA Professional Basketball Club,and draws the following conclusions :1.The risk assessment model of CBA Professional Basketball Club is preliminarily established,with external risk and internal risk as the first level risk indicators.The second level risk indicators of external risk are divided into consumer risk,market risk and environmental risk;the second level indicators of internal risk are divided into product risk,marketing risk,financial risk,personnel risk and organization management risk,and each second level indicator is divided into three levels 0 three-level risk indicators,each index in the quantitative calculation of data to build the model.Each risk index has different impact on the development of professional clubs,but they are related to each other.2.In the external risk factors,market risk and environmental risk account for nearly the same proportion,while consumer risk is less.(1)The level of market risk determines whether CBA Professional Basketball Club can survive in its competitive ecosystem.Among the subordinate indicators of market risk,the risk of market competition mode and market competition intensity is relatively large.(2)The level of environmental risk restricts the level of market risk.Among the indicators of environmental risk,the level of social and cultural environment and political and legal environment is relatively high.These two risk factors directly affect the market environment of clubs.(3)Compared with the former two,the consumer risk is lower because the number of club fans,the attention of domestic professional basketball clubs and consumer motivation are affected by the market and environment.3.The risk degree of internal risk factors from large to small is the club product risk,club organization and management risk,club financial risk,club personnel risk and marketing risk.(1)Club product design accounts for the highest proportion of product risk.(2)The proportion of organizational structure and management process is relatively high.(3)There is little difference in the degree of financing risk,operation risk and liquidity risk.(4)The risk influence degree of each index in personnel risk is similar.(5)Marketing risk can be found from the data model that the risk degree of personnel promotion is the highest,while the corresponding risk degree of advertising sponsorship,marketing methods and fans' loyalty is relatively small,because the latter three are greatly affected by personnel promotion.4.The governance ideas of CBA Professional Basketball Club after risk assessment,aiming at the external risk governance ideas,are to enhance the core competitiveness of professional clubs;strengthen the external environment risk prediction,improve the corresponding system;promote the city brand effect of CBA Professional Basketball Club,and deeply cultivate the fans market.In view of the internal risk management ideas,we should establish a risk management department to improve the crisis handling ability;CBA Professional Basketball Club and basketball association should make clear the allocation of property rights to find the optimal mode;establish a talent training system in line with the development of CBA Professional Basketball Club.
