| Along with the progress of the society and the improvement of people's living standard, sports has been gradually become people's necessaries in life, and has formed the business opportunities, then the sports industry emerged. In the 1980s, the sports industry started in China, which has over twenty years of history. The connotation of traditional sports has been rewritten. In the same time when its economic value and industry status was accepted, people has also in constantly mining the real meaning ,the present situation and the development trend of modern athletics industry. As a sunrise industry, the physical education has become a new growth point of global economy.As a new sports organization form, sports club is the symbol of the development of economy, the advanced of culture. As a nature sport, table tennis has an important position in sports location and the Chinese people's heart, which doomed its social value. By setting up the club to develop table tennis is an important role in the progress of professional, which also becomes the new growth point of economy. So, making an overall research of the situation for the development of table tennis club, has great significance in scientific bodybuilding, promoting the development of table tennis sports industry and perfecting table tennis club system.On the basis of literature at home and abroad, this thesis using literature review method, induction analytic method, questionnaire investigation method to analyze the development situation and the existing problems and put forward the relevant countermeasures to provide certain reference for the development of the operating table tennis club.(1) This paper adopts literature review method, the induction analytic method to summarize the development of domestic and international table tennis club. Domestic research in table tennis club mainly involves the following several aspects: The necessity and feasibility of the system reform of our table tennis club; the research of consumption market situation of table tennis; the development problems, the main factors and main advice reviewed in the progress of table tennis club; The research about the industrialization of table tennis .(2) Using theoretical analysis method to research the theoretical support and to analyze the feasibility and the necessity of the development of the business table tennis club systematically. Maslow's hierarchy of needs expounds the inevitability of the rapid development of profit-making table tennis club; Institutional economics expounds the rationality of the existence of profit-making table tennis club; the Marketing Theory of 4Cs mainly demonstrates the feasibility of its industrialization.(3) Adopt on-the-spot investigation method, questionnaire investigation method and interviews with experts to analyze the development situation of table tennis club. This article through designing questionnaire to generalizes the current situation: mainly in small and medium-sized, reasonable location, membership mode primarily, poorer operation efficiency. It also summarizes the existing problems in the process of development: On the one hand, the external management system is not sound: the imperfect leading system, the lack of legal laws and policy support. On the other hand, internal management exist problems: management quality should be further enhanced; the lack of scientific price position, business scale should to be expanded.(4) This article through combining theory with practice method, discussed the ideal development mode of profit-making table tennis club firstly and pointed out that industrialization is the inevitable trend of the development of table tennis club. Finally, this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems in the process of profit-making table tennis club: reform the Competition system; enhance the management level; tighten propaganda strength; implement chain business; intensify the support strength of industrial policy; strengthening the macroeconomic control of government.
