| Research background: With the development of society and the progress of modernization,the time of children’s activities and exercise has changed,which also has a subtle impact on their physical and mental health development.Infant age is a key stage for the growth and development of various indicators of human body.As an essential basic ability in the growth process of children,sensory integration disorder will affect children’s learning and living abilities,which must be paid great attention to.Functional motor training methods and means are mainly embodied in the training under the unstable state,emphasizing the development of balance ability and strengthening the ability of proprioceptors to process information.Children’s sensory integration disorders,such as poor tactile sense,poor vestibular balance performance and proprioception disorders,accord with the characteristics of functional motor training such as "multi-joint,multi-motion plane" and "movement chain transmission".Therefore,this study aims to apply functional motor training to children’s physical education classroom,so as to verify the improvement effect of functional motor training on children’s sensory integration ability.This research mainly uses the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,experimental method and other methods,and young children with functional exercise sensory integration ability as the research object,through the experiment method of 31 5 ~ 6 years old children for 12 weeks intervention,functional exercise group of 16 people,using functional movement training;In the control group of 15 people,the conventional physical education teaching content in the garden was adopted,and the measured data before and after the experiment were analyzed by SPSS23.Research conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of functional motor training,children with sensory integration disorder showed significant improvement in their dysfunctional behavior,indicating that functional motor training had a significant regulating and improving effect on the behavioral improvement of children with sensory integration disorder.(2)By comparing the data before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,it was found that the improvement effect of children’s sensory dysregulation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the change degree in the control group was not significant,indicating that functional motor training had a more obvious effect on improving sensory integration ability than the conventional physical education content.(3)Physical activities with functional motor training as the main content can improve children’s vestibular,tactile and proprioceptive functions.(4)Functional motor training has significant effect on the improvement of children’s balance ability and coordination ability.Research suggestion:(1)It is suggested that schools should popularize the knowledge of sensory integration disorder,parents and teachers should pay attention to the problem of children’s sensory integration disorder.(2)Grasp the sensitive period of sensory integration development and training,and add functional movement training related exercises in kindergarten physical education class or physical activities.(3)Pay attention to the differences in psychological,intellectual and physical development of children of all ages,and teach them according to their aptitude.In practice,students should pay attention to the quality of their movements and the standards of their movements,so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to practice.(4)Strengthening sports medical supervision. |
