Sensory integration is a learning process in which the brain and body are coordinated, and is closely related to the development of children's brains and bodies. Its disorder affects the development of children's cognition, language, sociality, attention, physical development and motor ability. In recent years, relevant surveys and studies have shown that the proportion of children's sensory integration disorders in China is gradually increasing, even as high as 40.64%in some cities.Sensory integration disorder is a problem that cannot be ignored. In order to explore the effective exercise methods for intervening children's sensory integration disorders, this article uses literature materials, teaching experiments, scale measurement, mathematical statistics and other methods, and selects gross motor training as an intervention method. The first grade students(18 students in experimental groups,11 students in control group)are chosen as the experimental object. This teaching experiment is carried out for 27 courses in 9 weeks. In the end, this research conducts independent sample T test, paired sample T test and Pearson correlation analysis on the experimental results.Research result:(1)The four indexes of the experimental group:vestibular imbalance, sensory over-defense,proprioceptive imbalance, and insufficient learning ability in the experimental group all achieved significant improvement(P<0.01).(2)Control group:vestibular imbalance of sensory integration ability and insufficient learning ability indicators have been significantly improved(P<0.05).The two indicators of over-sensation defense and proprioception imbalance have not been significantly improved(P>0.05).(3)After the experimental intervention of 27 lessons, the test results of the four indicators of vestibular imbalance,over-defense feeling, proprioception imbalance, and insufficient learning ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)In the experimental object TGMD-3 move skill tests, the result of mobile skills and object handling skills were significantly different between experimental group and control group(P<0.01).And the difficulty value of mobile skills is higher than that of object manipulation skills.(5)The four indexes:vestibular imbalance, sensory over-defense,proprioception,and learning ability are correlated with gross motor like running at the level of 0.05 bilateral.Conclusion:(1)Gross moter training has a significant effect on the improvement of the four indicators of sensory integration vestibular imbalance, excessive defense of the senses, proprioception, and learning ability. The contents of the regular physical education and health courses have no obvious effect on improving children's sensory integration disorders.(2)Compared with the role of the regular "sports and health course" teaching content, gross motor training is better for improving sensory integration disorders.(3)The effect of gross movement training on improving children's mobile skills and object handling skills is significantly better than that of conventional sports teaching content, and the mastery of the two groups of mobile skills is better than object handling skills.(4)Overall,the development level of gross movements is significantly related to sensory integration ability, that is,the higher the development level of gross movements, the better the sensory integration ability.
